Keputusan saya. Hampir 2 jam. Kaki masih kurang cantek balik dari Hatyai minggu lepas, mental serabut dan hujung laluan yang agak torture ditambah dengan cuaca yang semakin meninggi.

Completed my 3rd. Tanjung 10km Run (2005 and 2012) this morning. Just race with myself and glad finished 15th. in Men Junior Veteran. But during medal ceremony I was promote to 14th :)

Ada masalah doping lar tuh.. :)

Result: Larian ASJC Kali ke 31 2014

An official result of 31th. ASJC Run 2014. I brought the whole team. Wake-up at 3:30am and drove them to Alor Star Mall



Like last year, Jasmin and NorAin (cousin) finished 8th and 9th in 5km primary school category. Alauddin completed 10km in secondary category while I'm struggling with flu to finished 22km over 2hours.

Both Afiqah and Akmal missed the first circuit due to school activities.

I find that Akmal did well despite being last. In a same level playing field he has avoided the last position twice during the JDP events this year.

Afiqah has improved too, by being able to be in the mid position.

Official result for all categories in the 30th. Alor Star Jogging Club. Fuh! 30 kali...

I did half this morning. Seksa gila lari ikut laluan 22km nih... straight, flat and sayup... Tengok orang depan haluih, besaq ibu jari.

Anyway... we brought back 2 trophies and 5kg of rice as lucky draw winner - Yeah!

Warmest Greetings from Persatuan Renang Amatur Kedah.

Firstly we would like to sincerely apologize for any shortcomings faced by participating teams. Indeed it was an eye opener and a great experience for the new Committee Members and we would like to thank all of you for having provided us that moment.

We take your team's participation as a gesture of support to Persatuan Renang Amatur Kedah effort of lighting the sporting spirit amongst young children.

The vibrant swimmers with their vivacious siblings and equally exuberant parents were fascinating. It was not a day for state meet champions to steal the limelight. It was supposed to be a day for the 'champions of tomorrow' to feel the joy of being given salutations on the winner's podium today.

Dont read me wrong, its the spirit of sharing victory and not the winnings, medals or breaking records! That feeling of pride and joy of winning in true sporting spirit will drive their young hearts to greater achievements.

There will be no greater satisfaction to the committee of PRAK than being these young children's plunging board to success.

I have attached the results of Novice 2013 for your compilation.
