Playing mom!

Because we don't have kids yet, Alan and I have become the designated babysitters in my family! This past week we watched my two cutest cousins, Elle Jane and Daniel, while the rest of their family went to New York. It was such an adventure, very tiring and such a good learning experience...definitely a good form of birth control...I don't know how all you mom's out there do it! But it seriously was so much fun, I miss them already!

My best friend Priscila just got engaged and I am so excited for her! She is marrying an amazing guy who makes her happier then Ive ever seen her! I am so happy for the two of you! Congrats!

Today is my big brother's birthday! The big 28! Wow your getting old Bud! JK! Bud and I have grown so much closer over the last few years, probably ever since I got out of my snotty phase of life. But I just wanted to wish him a HAPPY BIRTHDAY and tell him how much I love and look up to him!

Life for the last month...

life for the past few weeks has been nuts! a lot of changes have been going in our family. a few of them include...moving into our new house, getting jobs, quitting jobs, putting in counter-tops and wood floors, buying decorations, nannying, cleaning, running more errands than ever before, reading Twilight, listening to the Wicked cd, helping my grandma with whatever she needs done, watching The Hills and just trying to get settled in! i feel like things are never ending! but i really want to catch up on my blog and i REALLY want to make it cute! so if anyone out there knows how to make cute headers or backgrounds please let me know!
