Lil Mama

Hello Scrapland!  Did you have a good Mother’s Day?  I worked all day, but I was surprised with a nice sushi lunch at work, so that made it all better!  We also went to Medieval Times on Saturday to celebrate 3 Mother’s Days and 2 Birthdays, so everyone had a good time this weekend in this household! 

But I’m not here to tell you about my boring life, I’m here to show you a super fun new kit from Scraps of Ellay!  It’s called Lil Mama, and I think the colors and feel of the kit are just perfect for all of those fun mom’s out there!  We aren’t all lacey baby pink and lavender types and this kit showcases that!  Here are the layouts I made with it:

Have An Ice Day

Hello Scrapland!  I hope everyone had a fun New Year’s Eve!  I spent it at home with my husband drinking wine and watching all of the countdowns.  But, while I was doing that, Ellay was putting a cute new kit in store!  She made a new wintery kit called Have An Ice Day, and boy is it a fun one!  Check out what I did with it:

This Little Piggy

Hello Scrapland!  Didn’t we all play that little game with all of our babies?  Well, I love that Scraps of Ellay and Knittenjen Designs decided it was time for someone to make a scrapping kit just for those precious moments!  They teamed up and created a super cute kit full of pigs and piggy elements, and I just love it!  Check out the page I made using the template from this month’s STS Template Challenge:

Hello Scrapland!  Scraps of Ellay has a new kit out today called Yesterday.  It’s a beautiful antique feeling kit with some gorgeous colors and Scraps of Ellay’s usual flair.  I need to go to my grandmother’s house and raid her old photo boxes so I can really put this kit to use!  But, until that happens, here’s what I was able to do with it now:

Down By the Lily Pad

Hello Scrapland!  I hope everyone was able to get out of the house and do some fun activities this weekend!  I had a fun time.  My friend from North Carolina is in town and we were able to spend some time hanging out.  My mom and I also took the kids to the children's museum which is always really fun for them.  Then on Sunday I went into Chicago and checked out the Contemporary Art museum which is an incredibly interesting place!  I wish I could afford to have every weekend be so productive!

I'm not really here to bore you with stories about my life, however. Lol.  Scraps of Ellay teamed up with TWO other designers from STS, Ivory Keys Digital Dreams and Scrappin Serenity, to create a huge and super cute kit called "Down By the Lily Pad."  It's full of frogs and ducks and bugs and turtles and everything else you would find down by a pond!  Check out these layouts I made with them:

Purrrfect Princess Freebie

The original idea came from Alice who buys a lot of Marie stuff for her daughter, you know, the cat from Aristocats? And all daughters are little princesses, so we put the two themes together to bring you “Purrrfect Princess!” The colors are perfect for any disney princess and there is plenty of kit to satisfy you! Hello Scrapland!  First I want to say Congratulations to Amanda for getting a spot on IvoryKeys' Creative Team!  That's so exciting!  I hope you have a ton of fun!
