Album Notes
cdbaby
A playful and exciting Cd showcasing some major talent on guitar, saxophone and piano. While it is primarily a party disc, the haunting "Voodoo Moon" is a tribute to the Hurricane survivors of the island of Haiti. "Jimi, Janis and John" is a tip of the hat to some of Rock Musics main influences of the 20th century. Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and John Lennon. A loving tribute to the musical pioneers that shaped a generation of musicians at a simpler when Rock Music was discovering and inventing itself. This is a terrific disc for Blues and Rock fans alike.
