The ruff raspy voice of Danny Blues is unique and his style is very cool. His music has a wide range form easy good time blues to Rockin' Blues and Rock & Roll. For example "Sunny Side Of The Blues" is easy laid back style, and
"Down At The Luau" is so Rockin you can't sit still. "Wonderful World" is a beautiful Duet with Special Guest Singer
Suzanah Free, this song will put chills up your spin from the Angelic voice of Suzanah Free.

Danny Ellis was born in Peoria, Illinois in 1959. After spending 20 years in the United States Air Force as an airplane mechanic, Danny retired and chased his dream of becoming a Blues performer, becoming Danny Blues. With his lovely and talented wife, Suzanah Free, they created a duet known as Srazz and have toured all over the United States. The Srazz Band featuring performances with the 18 Piece Big Band "SwingTime" have been described as breathtaking. Suzanah is a classically trained pianist which can deliver a soft and sultry Jazz set to getting down with Danny Blues with a rock and blues set. Danny Blues gives a flashback tribute to the Blues Brothers and also has many original blues songs of his own. Together, Dan and Suzan can please a crowd of all ages, Performing songs from Sade, Gloria Estefan to Frank Sinatra and Louie Armstrong, their style and genre is vast to say the least.
Danny’s other all-original shows include a wonderfully fun and spooky Halloween show featuring Danny performing as Beetlejuice, and his Rock and Blues Revue. He has opened for the Charlie Daniels Band,
Danny Blues was about to celebrate his 54th birthday. For his entire life, he dreamed about singing the blues and someday coming out with his own blues CD. Danny finally finished his CD. The next day, he received his devastating news -- his throat cancer had returned. And with a vengeance. His oncologist believes it is likely he will have to remove Danny's cancerous vocal chords next week. Radiation and chemotherapy were options the last two times Danny went through this, but are no longer on the table.
But Danny is keeping his head up, as he happily performed at what might have been his first -- and last concert ever.
