This week and next Creative Charms is helping to raise breast cancer awareness. Now through October 31st all net proceeds of all sales will go to the Susan Koman Foundation in Chris Hertel's name. To help raise breast cancer awareness we are offering a pink kit in honor of Chris.

Chris was a dear friend and colleague with Creative Charms. She was our designer for the catalog and packaging. Last July Chris lost her battle with breast cancer. She left behind a loving and dedicated husband and two fabulous children along with her two dogs. Her family was her joy and inspiration. The net proceeds from all sales will go to the Susan Koman Foundation to help find a cure for this terrible disease so that no other families will lose their wives and mothers (Chris' wish).

I have chatted online with Chris but unfortunately I never got the opportunity to meet Chris in person. She lived in the next town over from me. I followed her blog and her wonderfully creative work. Thank you to Creative Charms for your generosity!
