Less is More #469 - Colours

Hi everyone, it's time for a new challenge over at Less is More. It's a colour challenge and we are celebrating Christmas in July.

Here is my card -

I used a Stampin' Up! set called Wishes and Wonders. I stamped the sleigh and sentiment, coloured the image, then added sequins for interest. It's a shame my photo didn't capture it but I coloured the gold part of the sleigh with a glitter pen.

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -

The sentiment is from the LF 'Holiday Helpers' set.

Less is More #455 - Winter Whites

 Hi and happy Saturday!
It's time for a new challenge over at Less is More!

I love making cards using this theme as it's never really cold where I live. Right now it's averaging around 31°c and Summer starts in a couple of days, lol.

I created a nearly white on white card. I die cut the trees and used Frantage embossing powder with white and gold flecks to cover them. I white embossed the sentiment on to vellum.

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -
Alphabet Challenge (O is for Outdoors), AUD Sentiments (Christmas), Krafty Chicks (All Occasions), Addicted to Stamps and More (Christmas), Little Red Wagon (Outside), Bastel-traum (Christmas), Christmas Cards all year round (Starting with S & T: Snow and Trees)

HLS September CAS Challenge

Hi everyone! It's time for a new CAS challenge over at Happy Little Stampers!

I have created two cards with very different winged things and themes.

Card #1
I used the Stampin' Up! 'Flight of Fancy' set and stamped my angel. I coloured the scene with pencils. The sentiment is from the Lawn Fawn set called 'Merry Messages'.

Card #2
This set is by Create a Smile and called 'Gull Gang'. I stamped the seagull then masked him so I could stamp the wooden stump. I them masked them both and used a Lawn Fawn stencil to create my waves. I also coloured these images with pencils.

I would like to enter my cards over at the following challenges -
Card #1 - Christmas Craft Creations (Non-Traditional Colours), Colour Throwdown, The Holly and Ivy Challenge (Anything Goes), Crafty Hazlenut's Christmas (Anything Goes)

I have a few new Lawn Fawn sets that I purchased off a destash site and wanted to play :) I created a Christmas card using 'Tiny Christmas', 'Ho-Ho-Holidays', 'Let's Play' (NEW), 'Christmas Dreams', and 'Holiday Helpers' (NEW).

There are a few presents that need to be wrapped by Santa and his helper. They are having a quick break while enjoying a festive beverage.
I'm glad the cat is sleeping because it may not be happy when the new puppy is introduced to the family :)

Penny Black Saturday Challenge [Slider Card]

Welcome to the newest Penny Black Saturday Challenge!

Our challenge this month is -

Anything Goes + optional: Interactive

I have created a Slider card using a PB wood stamp called 'Ice Dance'. The sentiment is from the 'Hometown Christmas' set.

This skater is having so much fun!

I used a stencil and sparkly texture paste for the snow.

You know, while writing this post I just realised I created an ice skater on SNOW. Whoops! Maybe you can forgive someone who has only seen snow around 3 times in her life (and that was as a child) LOL.

We Whisk you a Merry Christmas

Hello!
Over the last couple of days I did this card bit by bit. I'm not well at the moment so when I could, I stamped the images. Later I coloured and die cut them. Then, today I assembled everything together and completed my card.

I have a couple new Lawn Fawn sets (is there an online addiction group??? I need help....). 'Baked with Love' was added to the collection to pair with my other newish set 'A Creature was Stirring'.

I think these sets are just adorable!

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -
ATSM (Christmas), NBUS #27 (Anything New Goes), Simon Says Stamp (Animal Antics), Watercooler Wednesdays (Any Occasion), Merry Little Christmas Challenge (Anything Goes), The 12 Months of Christmas (Merry ChristMOUSE)

Magic Picture Changer

The Lawn Fawn magic picture changer die has been around for some time, but I have only just added it to my stash. I've loved making interactive cards for years and any die set that will help me create them easier, I have to have!

I started with a fairly basic scene for my first time making this card. I stamped the dog then created a mask so I could stamp the fireplace and rug 'behind' him. The trick was stamping it a second time and trying to get the colouring somewhat similar.

I also used the Magic Picture Changer Add-on (the rectangle die) to frame my scene.

When you pull the tab, it is revealed that on the night before Christmas, the dog is dreaming about a yummy bone!
I had some spare presents that I had already coloured to add. The sentiment was heat embossed and die cut using LF Extra Sentiment Banners.

All stamps (except the previously coloured presents) are from the LF Christmas Dreams set.
The base of my card is a panel I had previously created with brusho and mica powders.

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -
Christmas 24 (Christmas Night), Christmas Crafts all Year 'Round (I = Interactive Card), 12 Months of Christmas (Anything Goes), Crafty Catz (As cute as you like), CRAFT (Christmas), Fezziwigs (Sentimental), Watercooler Wednesdays (Any Occasion), Simon Says Stamp (Four Legged Friends), NBUS (Anything New Goes)

Thank you for popping in today, enjoy your weekend xx

Christmas Slimline Card

Creating this slimline card was fun :) I stamped and coloured a HEAP of images then die cut them out.
I cut out the snow slopes with the Lawn Fawn Hillside Border dies and adhered them to my card. With them in place, I started arranging all my pieces for a fun scene.
I took a photo of the set up for memory purposes then tried another couple of arrangements. This is the end result.
I have used a number of Lawn Fawn stamp and die sets creating this card -
Tiny Christmas, Winter Village, Home for the Holidays, Car Critters Add-on, Snow Globe Scene, and Ho-Ho Holidays.

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -
Christmas Crafts All Year 'Round (Something starting with H - Homes), Crafty Hazlenut's Christmas (Anything Goes), Crafty Catz (Anything Goes), Colour Crazy Challenge (Anything Goes), Cut it Up (How's the Weather - Snow/Cold), Cardz 4 Girlz (Slimline Card)

Christmas Reveal Wheel

I made this fun Christmas card using the Lawn Fawn Reveal Wheel die and fun stamps and die sets.

I actually started with the Reveal Wheel square add-on but then added all the snow layers down the bottom because I wanted to pop the little car in the scene.

I stamped and coloured my images from the Lawn Fawn sets - Reveal Wheel Sentiments, Reveal Wheel Holiday Sentiments, Winter Village, Car Critters Add-on, and Home for the Holidays. I die cut the silver stars using the Snow Globe shaker Add-on. I also added the Reveal Wheel Arc Frame Add-on for interest.

As you can see, the sentiment changes when you spin the wheel :)

I would like to enter my card over at the following challenges -
Krafty Chicks (Christmas), Dies R Us (Anything Goes with a brand they sell), Happy Little Stampers Christmas (Anything Goes), Happy Little Stampers Dies (Anything Goes), ABC Christmas Challenge (H is for House), Christmas with the Cuties (Spots and/or Snowflakes), Simon Says Stamp (Layer it)
