Tatty Button gift set

Well it's the weekend again. Phew! I haven't got out of Monday mode yet never mind starting another weekend! Thankfully things are progressing and I've managed to get some decent pain killers. Now this means that my head is even more woozy than usual, but hey, you can't have everything. At least I am able to sit still for a few minutes at a time so all's good. :)
I received a couple of new dies from Sir Stampalot that were in the sale and you know if you read my blog at all that I'm a die fanatic. Just look at the wee caddy die. Isn't it the cutest wee thing!! It's a Bigz XL die so you don't need a Pro to cut this one, just the extended plates (one clear, one crease mat) on your Big Shot. I cut it from board that was in the packaging from my latest Joanna Sheen order (the scalloped cards) so it's another case of waste not, want not and it results in a very sturdy box.
I made a card to match and since I've been so cheered by my friends' cards lately I thought I would make a wee gift set in readiness to hopefully cheer someone else up.
I used papers from K & Co 'Watercolour Bouquet'
I've used print outs from the Tatty Button CD 1 that I had already tucked away in my stash. I also used the flowers from the die, cut with board and covered with matching paper. The swirl is a Marianne Design die.
The sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and is matted onto Spellbinders labels 18 dies. This one could hold little seed packs for a gardener, since Tatty has been watering her plants, but you could fill it with sweets, crafty bits or dainty smellies.
Sorry this pic looks a wee bit fuzzy but you still get the idea I hope. Lots of layers and some yummy lace (thank you to Sharon x). The ribbon and flowers are from my stash. The gorgeous pin is also a gift from Sharon - lookee I'm using them!! :)
The sentiment is from Whimsy stamps and is die cut with one of their ticket dies. All the edges have been either inked with brushed corduroy distress ink or Burnt Sienna Promarker.
The inside of the card has been decorated to complement the front.
A wee squinty one to finish. I recently replenished my dwindling flower stash with more yumminess from Wild Orchid Crafts. Just love those soft pink roses. :)
That's me for today. I hope you are all set for a great weekend.

Thank you for joining me today.
