Hello and welcome to the blog today.
I have the latest Tonic Studios launch to share with you and believe me you will have endless hours of fun with these sets.
There are lots of pics so hold on to your hat!!
I created a little drawer set for stationery items with little cards and envelopes and a drawer for a pen address book and stamps etc.
Following on from the drawer theme, I turned the 'books' onto their side and made a mini library.
I wanted a vintage type theme for these and used some of the fab Tonic speciality papers to make the spines of the books.
I had to work out a way to close them without bulk so used the closure as you can see.
With some lovely key charms and gourd pins I finished off the decoration on the spine with labels from the sets.
Next I made a little book with a tiny album inside.
I paper pieced the detail on the front and reversed it for the back panel.
I made a mini album to enclose inside.
Last but not least I made a book with a slip cover drawers for all those wee treasures that we are so fond of collecting. Perhaps when we are able to get out and about again, those precious tickets, records of journeys made etc will have a wee home to go to. :)
