Good morning and welcome to the blog today.
I am excited to share this album with you but there are so many pictures that I have only posted a few today. I'll get them all posted over the next few days.
I have to thank Clare Charvill (My Creative Spirit) for the wonderful tutorials as it is her design that I used.
Just as for the Precious Memories album I made for my grand daughter Edie it was a pleasure to make.
If you would like to see Clare's album it can be found on her site HERE.
I have really enjoyed learning from this very talented lady and I hope that I'll be able to step out and make my own albums soon.
I've added a spine decoration using the Gallant Gate Strip die set from Tonic and a metal embellishment I've had in my stash for a good while just waiting for it's moment to shine. :) I've also used Tonic Studios beautiful header die (as recommended by Clare) that I think is so very effective for the romantic theme.
The papers I've used are Graphic 45's Mon Amour. Totally gorgeous colours and images.
I've only taken pics showing one photo of the happy couple as I prefer not to publish pictures of people who may prefer their privacy.
My frame on the first page bellied a little and I've since gone back and sorted that out.
I used a lot of subdued glittery effects with a Wink of Stella pen so that there is a hint of twinkle without it being too obvious.
Where I have used glitter it was Tonic's Pure Sheen Charcoal for that added pizazz!
The pocket page holds this charming photo mat and has plenty of room for extra pics. It was certainly needed. My daughter Karen helped to sort the photos and we just couldn't narrow them down to only a few.
I decorated the back of the pull out with one of the gorgeous images from the Ephemera pack and the Spellbinder's Elegant Oval die.
I'll post the next set of pages tomorrow. See you then!
