Romance is in the air

Good morning and welcome to the blog today.

The launch of the Sweet Treat Dimensional dies has been a huge success.
I hope you managed to get yours and are looking forward to having a play with them.

I've made another card using the Cupcake box set with lots of layers and lots of mousse.

Tonic products used -
Cupcake & Treat Box die set
Embellishment mousse - Lemon Sorbet, Aquamarine
Stamp and banner (free gift )
Nuvo Glitter drops - Emerald City

A view to show the layers.
I put some of the mousse onto my crafting mat and spritzed it with water making sure I had a good consistency. I then smooshed my card stock by placing it on top and rotating it on the mat.
When I was happy with the coverage I set the card aside to dry and used it for matting and layering and also for my die cut panel and hearts.

Thank you for joining me today.

I hope you have a super weekend.

I'm celebrating my 45th Wedding anniversary today so there's a lovely dinner in my future with my dear hubby.

Take care and I'll catch up with you soon.

Wedding Day

Good morning and welcome to the blog today.

I hope you are excited by the new launch from Tonic tonight, especially as it's the first one from the Hochanda studios.

It's going to be a fabulous launch week full of great offers, prizes and new products.

I've a very simple sample today using the brand new Cupcake Dimensions die set.
As you can see they are great for making cards as well as cupcake boxes.

Tonic products used - Dimensions 3D Cupcake box die set
Craft Perfect Black Velvet satin card stock
Rococo Wedding Day sentiment
Embellishment mousse - Indian Gold
Nuvo Honey Gold glitter drops

The finished card is 4 1/8 x 8 1/4"

The patterned panel measures 3 1/4 x 7 1/4". I've used the decorative dies to form the design cutting into the card stock so that the background colour shows through.

It's so easy to make with a bit of matting and layering and offers another way to use this beautiful die set.

Don't forget to tune in to Hochanda at 8.00pm tonight for the first show.

You can also watch on Freeview Channel 85, Sky 663 and Freesat 817.

There will be tons of inspiration on the Tonic FB page too,

Cupcake Box

Hello and welcome to the blog today.

I'm sure by now you have heard the news that Tonic are moving to Hochanda, home of hobbies, crafts and arts.
We celebrate with a fabulous new launch at 8.00pm tomorrow evening and there will be so many offers and prizes to be had.
Tune in for a really dizzying week of launches, new products and loads of inspiration.

I'm sharing one of the projects I made for the launch. It's the Cupcake 3D Dimensions die set.

It's perfect for that special treat but I've used this one as a notelet gift box.

The boxes are very simple to construct and decorate as all the dies you need are included in the set.

I made four notelets to include all the dies and four envelopes to complete the set.

You have an abundance of choices and you can see the cupcake, heart, tags etc on these little samples.

Just for info the cards are 5 1/4" x 3 7/8" and I made the envelopes using my WeRMK envelope board.

You won't want to miss the spectacular offers and the chance to win a super huge prize so tune into Hochanda on Freeview Channel 85, Sky 663, Freesat 817 or tune into www.hochanda.com
There will be tons of inspiration on the Tonic FB page too.

Thank you for calling in today.
