Hello, Friend

Good morning.  Today I'm sharing a sweet card using a fun stamp and die from Pretty Pink Posh.

I've had this stamp and die set for quite awhile and finally found some time to play with it!  This sweet little girl and balloon are from the Friends Forever set.  I colored them with copics and then diecut them with the coordinating dies.  I added some distress inks to a piece of white cardstock to create the base of my card.  I used the Gift Box Cover-Up from My Favorite Things to cut the "windows" from white cardstock, then used acetate and sequins to create a shaker card.  I used a Wink of Stella clear glitter pennon the balloon and a black glaze pen on the little girl's eyes.

Copics Used:
Skin - E13, E11, E21, E00, E000, R20
Hair - E44, E43, E42, E41
Blouse - RV55, RV63, RV52, RV10
Skirt - BG09, BG05, BG01
Shoes - C7, C5, C1
Balloon - YG17, YG13, YG11

Thanks so much for stopping by.  I hope you have an amazing day!

Hugs, Anita

Season's Greetings

Hello everyone!  I hope you're having a great week so far.  I'm sharing another Christmas card I made using some new release products from Pretty Pink Posh.

I have fallen in love with so many of the new Christmas releases from various stamp companies and this adorable Christmas Friends stamp set is one that I had to have!  I also used the fun Peekaboo Windows Dies from their latest release.  This die makes a perfect little "slot" to insert a gift card so the recipient is not only receiving a gift card but a handmade card - I love that!  I colored the little girl and her birdie friend with copics and diecut them using the coordinating Christmas Friends dies.  The amazing Jennifer McGuire used these stamps and dies to create a card and I loved it ... so I totally CASE'd her card.  If you haven't seen Jennifer's videos, be sure to check out her blog!  My papers are from Authentique's Sugar Plum collection - one of my favorites this year!

Thank you so much for stopping by.  Have a wonderful day!

Hugs, Anita

The Challenge #72 - Color Inspiration

Good morning!  I hope you had a fabulous and fun weekend.   Today I'm sharing a card I made for the new challenge over at Always Playing With Paper's The Challenge.  Each week we have a different type of challenge and this week it's a color challenge.  I hope you play along!

I used this adorable bird from the Birdie Notes stamp set from Pretty Pink Posh.  Cute little bird, right?  I cut the patterned paper with the Stitched Rectangle Die from Your Next Stamp.  I stamped the bird on Neenah cardstock and colored it with copics.  Then I used My Favorite Thing's Stitched Circle Stax to cut out the image.  The sentiment banner was cut using My Favorite Thing's Fishtail Flags Layers Stax

Be sure to stop by The Challenge to see the beautiful work by the rest of the DT!

Thanks so much for stopping by!
