Farm Fresh Friday - Lace and Pearls

Good morning and happy Friday!  We have a new Farm Fresh Friday Challenge over on the Greeting Farm Blog.  It was our lovely Maria Therese's turn to choose the challenge this week and she wants to see some lovely lace and pearls.  These are two of my favorite embellishments so I really had fun with this one!

I used the gorgeous Miss Anya Garland on my card and colored her with copics and colored pencils.  I used some Star Dust Stickles on her heart garland.  The heart is from TGF's new Film and Polaroid Die.  My papers are some older My Mind's Eye.  I thought these colors worked perfectly for her and it always makes me happy to be able to use some older dp from my stash.  Makes me feel less guilty about all the new pads I'm always bringing home lol!  Yes, I am a paper hoarder :)  OK, be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see what the rest of the amazing DT is sharing today!  I hope you find some time to get inky this week and play along with us.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

Hugs, Anita

You're The Best!

Happy Tuesday to all of you!  We start a new Double Take Tuesday Challenge over on the Greeting Farm Blog today.  It was our lovely Joni's turn to pick the challenge and she has come up with a fabulous sketch for us!

I used the adorable Hatter Bean on my card today.  I love her outfit and hat and they were so much fun to color!  Of course I used my copics and colored pencils and then added some Liquid Pearls and Star Dust Stickles to the flowers.  I also used stickles on the "lacey" parts of her outfit for a bit of sparkle.  This paper is by Basic Grey and I've had it forever.  I don't know why but it always feels good to use some of my older papers.  I guess it makes me feel less guilty about all the new 6x6 pads I bring home lol!  OK, be sure to stop by the Greeting Farm Blog to see what my amazing teammates have created with this sketch and while you're over there you can get the details on entering the challenge and the candy you could possibly win ... yay!

Hazel and Nutty

Happy Friday sweet friends.  I hope you've had a great week.  We had blizzard conditions come through my area on Wednesday.  The snow was gorgeous ... especially since I didn't have to go out in it!  I stayed inside and got some coloring done ;)

Today I'm sharing a card using Hazel and Nutty.  This stamp is temporarily out of stock but I'm sure Karen will have it restocked soon over at Funky Kits.  This image is available as a digi here or there are lots of other beautiful fairies in stock here.  I colored these cute friends with copics and colored pencils and used lots of Glamour Dust.  As you know, I like my fairies to sparkle!  Some diecut flowers, pearls, and swirls were added to finish my card.  The paper is Winterings by Little Yellow Bicycle - I love the colors in this collection.

Hello crafty friends.  I hope you had a fabulous weekend.  It's been a few days since I shared a new card but I do have one to show you today.

This cute little image is called Beebug and you can find him over at Whipper Snapper Designs. If you're not familiar with their stamps you should stop by and check them out ... they have some of the most adorable images ;)  Anyway, this little sweetie is colored with copics and colored pencils.  I added some Star Dust Stickles to his wings and the flower.  Then I used Glossy Accents on his nose, antennae, and the ladybug.  This was such a fast and easy card to color and assemble.  I used the latest sketch over at The Deconstructed Sketch.  I always love their sketches but usually don't seem to find the time to play along.  If you're ever in need of a layout, it's the perfect place to find some great designs.

A Sparkly Bubble Bath

Good morning sweet stamping friends.  Today I'm sharing a card with an adorable Lili of the Valley image.

Isn't this bunny couple just the cutest?  I won this stamp in a giveaway that sweet Elaine had.  I adore Lili of the Valley images and I know they just came out with a new release.  I haven't even been to their website to check it out because I know I'm going to want way too many of them :)  I'm trying to be good and use my stamps that have never seen ink.  OK, so on to my card.  I used copics and colored pencils.  I added Creative Inspirations Paints to the champagne and water to give them some sparkle.  And do you see that flower?  I made that with the My Favorite Things Loopy Bloom Die-namic.  I've had that die for the longest time but hadn't used it.  I have to say I love the big soft flowers that it makes ... kinda reminds me of a bunny tail too.

Creative Inspirations Paints also has a challenge blog and you can get all the details here.  You have a chance to win some of their fabulous paints if you play along in the challenges.

Thank you for stopping by.  I hope you have a great day!

Thanks for stopping by!
