Woohoo ... happy Friday everyone! I have a sweet little girl to share with you today.
This cutie is Birthday Lulu and you can find her over at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps. She's one of the three images in this stamp set by Cheryl Alger. If you know me then you know that I LOVE Cheryl's designs. I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added some Glamour Dust to the bow on the package and to her hair baubles. The papers are by Bazzill and I thought they'd be perfect for a little (or big) girl's birthday.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a fabulous weekend!
Hugs, Anita

Have A Sweet Day!
Happy Saturday everyone. I hope you're all enjoying a great weekend. I have had this adorable stamp set for awhile now and decided it was time to get some ink on it!
This cutie is Lulu from the Kraftin' Kimmie Lulu and Friends stamp set. Love this image! I didn't have much time so I thought I would just make a very CAS card with her. She's colored with copics and colored pencils and then I added a heart banner across the top. The sentiment comes with the set. I thought this would be a great card to send to a friend ... just because.
Thanks for stopping by. If you live in the States don't forget to change your clocks tonight!
Hugs, Anita

December Krafty Peeks ... Day One!
( ** Please scroll down for my ATS December Preview ** )
Wow, I can't believe it's almost the end of the year! I'm a Krafty Guest this month over at Kraftin' Kimmie and they've got lots of amazing stuff for their last release of 2012. Get ready for the DECEMBER 2012 RELEASE!
We are kicking off the "new" DECEMBER Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps previews today and first off, we want to introduce you to a beautiful new set of Trinkets! We are so excited to share with you the gorgeous ... CIRCUS TRINKETS!
What a fun set of awesome new stamps ... and I don't suppose it's going to be too hard to figure out what theme one of the artists worked with this month, huh? These circular sentiments stamps have been created and designed by the totally talented Krafty Girl, Nicole Aspinall! They are made especially to fit in your 1 3/8" and 1 1/4" punches for quick and easy cutting. This month Kraftin' Kimmie is releasing the CIRCUS Trinkets set which includes eight trinkets! The Krafty Girls have found these trinkets to be a quick and easy way to add a sentiment to their creations or to use as the focal point of their cards. They are also perfect for your Squash and Scrapbook pages, not to mention altered items and tags!
Here's my card using one of the new Circus Trinkets! These trinkets are so much fun and work perfectly for cards that you may need in a hurry. I cut my trinket out and then made a rosette to mount it on. My papers are Midway by October Afternoon and one of sheets of the dp includes lots of circus tickets. So I just cut out a few of the tickets and added them to my card ... easy peasy!

Baby It's Cold Outside!
Hello sweet friends. A couple of months ago Kraftin' Kimmie had an anniversary party along with some challenges. I was one of the lucky winners so I get to play along with the Krafty Girls for the month of December - yay me! Today starts a new challenge over on the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog. Cheryl is the hostess this week and her challenge is called Baby It's Cold Outside!
I decided to use the beautiful Tara on my card. I know she's not your typical winter/snow image but she's one of my very favorite KK stamps so I decided to dress her in a pretty icy blue dress! She colored with copics and colored pencils. I used Bo Bunny Snowfall Collection dp. I love this paper - gorgeous colors and patterns! I added some lace and a few snowflakes with pearls in the centers.
Check out the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps shop - Kim is having an amazing retirement sale right now! She has over 200 of her stamps on SPECIAL 20 - 75% OFF. A good bunch of them are retiring so you need to scoop them up while they last cause they are selling out fast! And just a reminder that the November Gimme Kimmies Kits are only available until Sunday night so grab the new stamps at a discount now! Be sure to stop by the Kraftin' Kimmie Challenge Blog to see the gorgeous work by the talented Krafty Girls and their guests. You'll find all the challenge details over there and if you play along you have a chance of winning a beautiful KK stamp!

Lulu's Birthday Wishes
Good morning to all of you. I hope you had a great weekend. Well, it's Monday so that means I have to catch up on all the things I didn't get accomplished over the weekend. Unfortunately that means I have to do some house cleaning today (YUCK!) But before I start that unpleasant task, I have another Kraftin' Kimmie card to share with you.
If you stop by the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog you'll see they're celebrating their third anniversary with some fun challenges and a chance to win prizes :-) I made this card with the Birthday Lulu set. This cute little Lulu with the pile of presents was colored with copics and colored pencils. I used a doily, seam binding, button, and floss on my card. Then I used Glamour Dust - on her hairbow, pigtail holders, the gifts, and all around the edge of the image and the sentiment. Lots of sparkle on this card ... and on me (haha). Be sure to stop by their blog to find out the challenge details.
Thanks for stopping by. I hope you have a great week.
Hugs, Anita

Hugs, Anita

I Heart You
Hello friends. I hope you've had an enjoyable weekend. I got in plenty of stamping and coloring so my weekend has been fabulous. Of course, I really needed to clean house instead of crafting but I can always do that tomorrow, right?
On Friday I stopped by the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog and saw that they're celebrating their third anniversary by having a fabulous sale and some fun challenges. So I decided to use my new Tara stamp to enter their Pink and Girlie challenge. I colored her with copics and colored pencils and added a sheer ribbon bow. The sentiment was stamped on the heart diecut and then I used Glamour Dust around the edge of the heart to give my card a little sparkle.
Thanks for stopping by.
Hugs, Anita

Peek A Boo
(** Please scroll down for my All That Scraps post **)
Hello again friends. I have another card to share today and it's not a Christmas card - are you surprised lol?
This little sweetie is Peek A Boo. I just love her cute face and that little kitty peeking from behind her! I've colored these cuties with copics and colored pencils and used Glamour Dust on the flowers on the gift. I mean, shouldn't every girl's birthday presents sparkle? I added some pearls, ribbon, and a flower too. I've been making so many Christmas cards lately that it was lots of fun to actually pull out some "summery" colors to work with. These papers are some scraps I had on my desk. I love it when I'm able to use up scraps.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a great week!
Hugs, Anita

Lulu's Birthday Wishes
Hello friends. I've been seeing my mega-talented friend Amanda make such gorgeous cards with the Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps and decided I needed to add a few to my stash ;) So, I received my yummy rubber in the mail a few days ago and made a card to enter in their challenge this week.
This sweet image is from the Birthday Lulu stamp set. If you follow my blog, you know I love me some Cheryl Alger images lol! So anyway, Lulu is colored with copics and colored pencils and I used a little bit of Glamour Dust to give her some sparkle. All birthday girls should sparkle, shouldn't they? I followed the sketch over on the Kraftin' Kimmie Blog and added a lace flower with a button.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs, Anita
