Good afternoon! It's finally Friday and I am so glad it's finally here. Seems like this has been a really long week and I hope the weekend is really slow too:) I have a new card to share with you today.
I've used a Glitterbabe's Digi and colored her with copics and colored pencils. I added a touch of stickles to her hairbow and the star on her outfit. I stitched all my papers and used my new Memory Box Pearl Lace die for my border. I added some lace, a flower, and a couple of buttons to finish my card. This card is for the Card Cupids Challenge. Their theme this week is animals and they are being sponsored by Glitterbabe's Digis. Please be sure to stop by the Card Cupids organization to find out how you can help bring a smile to a child's face.
Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope you have a wonderful weekend.

A Card Cupids Challenge
Good morning peeps. We have a new challenge for you over at Card Cupids. The challenge this week is to make cards with flowers. The flowers can be stamped, digital, or added as an embellishment. Now, how easy is that?
Card Cupids is being sponsored by Sassy Studio Designs this week. I used Rah Rah Rhonda. Isn't she a cutie? I colored her with copics and colored pencils. I added lots of stickles to her pom-poms ... hey, what's a cheerleader without sparkly pom-poms? I used some Prisma flowers, jute, and a button to finish my card.
Remember, you have until 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 15 to enter the challenge. Be sure to stop by the Card Cupids Blog to get all the details about the challenge and to read about the wonderful work this organization does. While you're there, be sure to check out the beautiful cards made by the other DT members.
Thank you so much for stopping by.

Puddle Hopping
Hello friends. The card I'm sharing today is my first card as a guest designer for Card Cupids. They have posted a new challenge today and they're asking you to make two-color cards.
Card Cupids is being sponsored this week by Some Odd Girl so I got to work with one of their images. Isn't she a cutie? She looks like she's having so much fun splashing in that rain puddle! This image is Puddle Hopping Tia and I used my copics and colored pencils to color her. I used Glossy Accents on the rain puddle and added white acrylic paint polka dots to her umbrella. I added some black ribbon and a bow, and I stamped my sentiment on a cloud.
Please stop by the Card Cupids Blog to see what the amazing DT members have created. I hope you can find some time this week to join in our challenge. You can find out more information about this wonderful organization here.

Card Cupids
Happy Saturday to all of you. I have some news to share today. I have been selected as a monthly Guest Designer for the Card Cupids Blog Challenge.
Card Cupids is a wonderful organization whose mission is "sending children smiles". Their goal is to provide encouragement and joy by sending Card Cuddle Care Packages to children who are facing difficult challenges in their young lives, regardless of their economic background. Card Cupids believes that every child needs to know that they are loved. A stuffed animal to hold, along with cards that share a positive message can help lift the spirits of children that are faced with difficult challenges. Card Cupids collects handmade cards to send to children along with new stuffed animals, coloring books, activity books, crayons and markers. Their goal is to provide Card Cuddle Care packages to children in hospitals, foster care, and homeless shelters.
I'm thrilled to be working with this wonderful organization. If you would like to find out more information about Card Cupids, visit their website here. If you're interested in donating cards or other items for the Card Cuddle Care Packages, you can find all the details here.
The Card Cupids Blog posts a new challenge each Sunday. I hope you stop by and check out their challenges each week.
Thank you so much for stopping by.
