Mini Monday - Gift Card purse

Hi Everyone!  Today is Mini Monday at Magnolia-licious and I've created a little purse that can be used for a "treat bag" for a party.  This treat bag is big enough for a gift card.  For the past few years for my young daughter's birthday, I've given $5.00 gift cards to Claire's as the treat bag.  This year, I thought I'd make this cute gift card holder to put my gift card in.  I've used mini Wonderful Tilda to decorate this purse. So precious!

We're also making pink lemonade cupcakes this year for the party. So yummy!

Details:

Stamp:  Wonderful Tilda
Ink:  Copics, memento ink
Dies: Spellbinder circle die
Papers: Summer Sorbet by Little Darlings
Embellishments: trim and ribbon from my stash, flowers from I Am Roses, pearls

Well that' s all for now folks. Thanks so much for stopping by. See you tomorrow!

Magnolia-licious - Love Is In The Air

Our theme for today's Magnolia-licious Challenge is Love is in the Air.  Hope you'll play along with us on this challenge.  Here is my card:

I've heard so much about "frantaging" lately that I decided to have a go at it.  I've frantaged one layer on the designer paper and then on the image and also on the butterfly.  It's definitely a cool technique but I need some more practice.  I bought so many bottles of this frantage embossing enamel, I doubt I'll use it all.

Details:

Stamp: Doo Bee Pops Tilda
Papers: Magnolia - Special Moments Collection
Ink: Copics, Memento ink, Distress ink
Dies: Spellbinders dies, Heart die by Whimsy, Magnolia swirl die
Embellies: metal sentiment, ribbon flowers, pearls, butterfly and flower made of paperclay, and shabby pink and shabby blue frantage embossing enamels

Please take some time to visit my other teamies gorgeous works.  Thanks for visiting today!

Good morning everyone!  The Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Design Team have a Summer Themed blog hop for you to enjoy.  If you've come from Ruby's blog, then you're in the right place.  Here is my project for the hop:

Very simple. I hope you like it! :)

Mini Monday with Lucky Edwin

Hi Everyone! Happy Memorial Day to you. I am currently at a picnic at my Aunt's house enjoying the first sunny day all weekend. We've had nothing but pouring rain and chilly temperatures during this long holiday weekend.  I actually had to build a fire in my wood burning stove to take the chill off.

Well, thanks for joining me today for Mini Monday at Magnolia-licious.  Today I used two stamps that fit perfectly together and that is Lucky Edwin and Golden Creek Background both in mini form.

I found a WANTED template, a REWARD template, and SHERIFF star off the computer and just printed them out on my color printer to embellish my card with. Aren't they fun?

Magnolia-licious Challenge - Use Vellum

Good morning everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. We had beautiful sunny days here and spent time cleaning up the yard to get ready to plant some flowers and vegetables. We also tore down our pool that was destroyed by the last hurricane we had. So sorry to see it go but we plan to replace it with an inground pool this spring. We are very excited about that.

Well today the Magnolia-licious and Wee Stamps Challenge is to use vellum on our cards/projects.  The DT has some beautiful inspiration to show you.  Here is my project:

I've made a carriage/coach gift basket (pattern from My Time Made Easy).  Perfect to use with this beautiful Tilda in Cotton Dress.  The vellum that I used in my project is the polka dot vellum behind the window.

My designer papers is from Little Darlings - Summer Sorbet Collection. I love the colors in this paper pack. I've embellished with pearls and flowers, some trim,  and tied a bow with pretty pink gingham ribbon.

I've filled my coach with some chocolates.

I will enter this project at the following challenges:

Craft Emblies - anything goes
Creative Inspirations Paint - anything goes
That Craft Place - for a child
