Hello!
You could have knocked me down with a feather when I was invited to be the featured artist/designer at Paper Crafter's Library this week! What an honour!
The easy part was saying "yes!". The hard part was thinking what type of project would showcase my style. It had to be CAS, of course! Oh, how I agonised, lol! I ended up selecting the card and gift sets that I made for some of my daughter's school teachers and administrators when school finished a couple of weeks ago. I'm sharing two of them over at Paper Crafter's Library, plus an extra version.
Here is a sneaky peak at one of the sets. Inside those boxes, hidden by the bookmarks, are lovely handcreams.
You'll need to pop over to Paper Crafter's Library to see the rest!
Thanks for visiting!

Insider - Day 3, Take 2
Hello!
Here is my second card for Day 3 at Insider Class. This card is a great way to use up that patterned paper that I have been "storing". By using papers from the same set, my card front and gift card envelope match beautifully. Another surprise bonus (if you would call it that) is that this card didn't use any stamping. I didn't realise until I was finished and taking photos, LOL!
The patterned paper is My Minds Eye (Snowed In?). Card is SU! Real Red and Early Espresso. Twine is Maraschino from The Twinery.
The inside holds an envelope which was made using the Envelope Punch Board, which conveniently has a "gift card" size listed. :-)
This card has already been selected for use by my hubby. He saw it, and immediately asked if he could use it. I'm thinking this one is a winner.
Thanks for dropping by to visit!

Teachers' Gifts
Hello!
Today has been a last minute crafting day. School ends for the year for my daughter in a couple of weeks. I have been slowly making cards for teachers over the past few weeks (there are a few teachers to consider!) and today I covered some notebooks for classroom teachers and music teachers.
First, a music teacher card.
The background stamp is Hero Arts Collage Music Background. The sentiment is PTI. The die is Sizzix for SU! Colours are SU! Eggplant, Perfect Plum, and Pale Plum.
Now for the notebooks. These notebooks are a little bigger than A5 and have a clear plastic cover, so the decoration had to be flat, which suited my one-layer, CAS-loving style. The photos aren't so great, but you'll get the idea. :-) I used PTI Teach & Inspire stamps to create all of these.
Now, back to work for more teacher cards...
Thanks for coming by to visit.
