Boring...boring...boring...

I am at the highest, stupidest level of boredom ever imagined. I realised the importance of THE BOX and Astro. I don't have the mood to work, the mood to watch and rewatch the DVDs I brought along. I don't have the mood to play Yahoo Games like we used to do when we were in UiTM.

Sia teringat-ingat pula si Mr.Darcy and si Daddy Long Legs. Beginilah ni kalau boring. WHo are they, you may ask. Well, they are real people except that to expose their real names (and their picture) in the web would result me in a vulnerable position of exposing my actual feelings for these two people. Hence, the pseudonyms or aliases for these two gentlemen.

Let me tell you about Darcy and Daddy Long Legs. Darcy is my crush...the crush I had since 2007. Why I call him Darcy? I aliased him as Darcy because I don't really know his real feelings for me. At one time, he seemed so into me...but after some time, he went into THE CAVE and caved in there for a while. Another reason is because he had a sexy gaze which could melt my heart and make me weak at the knees. He is also a good friend and I trust him. Why do I got a crush on a guy who seem "Hot and Cold"? Because with him, I can be myself. I can tell him my secrets and I feel so at home with him. And my gut tells me that he feels the same way too.

Now, Daddy Long Legs. Daddy Long Legs is this mysterious, middle age man I met by chance at a shop. He is old, but not as old as my dad...jan bimbang. He is dashingly handsome and complete with a sexy accent to complement his boyish look. He reminds me of Harrison Ford and Richard Gere. He often calls and sends me emails because he is a "jetsetter" (kunun). Last month, he treated me to dinner. A proper one, not at fast food joints or any walk-in restaurant. Why do I think of him? I don't know. For comparison with Darcy, kot? Or is it because he say wants to see me again?

Darcy or Daddy Long Legs?

I have a feeling that Darcy wants me to make the first move. And my intuition tells me that Daddy Long Legs wants to be romantically involved. But what if I bare my soul to Darcy only to find that my feelings were unrequited? What if I continue seeing Daddy Long Legs only to realise that I don't have deep feelings for him? What if I didn't take a chance with Darcy and realised that I made a mistake? I like Daddy Long Legs for his wisdom and friendship, but not as a potential boyfriend. Nanti sia kena tuduh jadi gold-digger nanti...
