Do the Bot Dance
I completely forgot to include a photo of Nico's Bot Dance Birthday Card in yesterdays post.
It's last weeks drawing in technicolour...
All the kiddies had a wonderful time at the party.
There was a Toy Story theme (hence the t-shirts)...
.....and a mighty big stick for the pinata
The littlies weren't having much success in splitting it open.
Hmmm... blankie - check, dummy - check,..... mighty big stick?
It took a while, but they finally managed to break it open and scatter the spoils everywhere.
I think Noah liked the chupa chups the best!

Hoppo SuperPops Bumpo
Liesl is a very talented artist - as evidenced by these amazing drawings. I'm loving the flower closure on the cape and those very cool yellow boots..... if only I could live the life of my alter-ego superhero creation - what bliss!
This might just be the very last entry in the SuperPops Challenge.
I'll be back tomorrow (after Nico's birthday party) with the details on how to vote for your next top favourite fabulous SuperPops creation.

Wingin' it
Case in point above: This is a pressie for a sweet little girl who likes to do some baking with her mum. I was trying to make a chefs hat like the one that I made earlier, but once I'd gathered the piece of fabric for the top of the hat, I realised that it was far too small for a chefs hat.
So now it's a bakers hat!
I found a really small teatowel from the stash to transform into an apron - it nearly reaches her ankles at the moment.... but at least her clothes will stay clean.
So that's what I call 'Wingin' it 101'
