Happy December 1st! Hope you are all having a great weekend! I'm looking forward to Sunday because we are treating Jerry and April to the Cirque Du Soleil - Dralion show! We love the Cirque shows and hope they will enjoy the entertainment as well. Only 20 days left until Jerry graduates from the University :) I can't even begin to tell you how proud I am of him. It's been a loooong and costly 5 years to say the least.
Being the 1st of December that means it's time for an all new Once Upon A Sketch challenge! This month's theme is "December" and shown below is the sketch that we are playing with. For complete details, please refer to the Once Upon A Sketch blog.
I thought I would create a layout featuring fun patterned paper from the Pink Paislee City Sidewalks Collection seeing that today kicks off the Pink Paislee Countdown To Christmas Event ~ click HERE for complete details! There are lots of prizes to be had ~ click HERE to be directed directly to the Pink Paislee Facebook Fan page!
I layered various patterned papers from the City Sidewalk Collection. Using the Die-namics Perfect Bracket Edge, I created the fun shaped bottom most layer. I randomly stamped a snowflake image from Die-namics Christmas Ornaments, heat embossed then completed each with a pearl center.
Using Die-namics Poinsettia, I made a multi-layered shimmery Poinsettia. Peeking out from behind is a die cut flourish that was made using Die-namics Medium Fancy Flourish.
Thanks so much for visiting! I hope you have a great day / evening. I will be back tomorrow for week 2 of CR84FN68.
Be Sweet ;)
