Hi there! Any big weekend plans? Lots going on around here! Both Connor and Meredith will be going on dates to the Homecoming dance Saturday night :) I can't wait to see them all dressed up ~ great photo op!

It's time for the monthly February MFT Guest Designer Contest! The winner of this contest will win over $200 in stamp sets and Die-namics, AND have the opportunity to play along with the design team for the next release and all the Wednesday Stamp Club Challenges for the next month. I made a card featuring the precious image from Doodle Garden Sweet Friend.

I colored her using a variety of Copic markers then trimmed around the edges and adhered her to an embossed layered circle that was made using Die-namics Circle STAX Set 1 and Die-namics Circle STAX Set 2.

The fun little sentiment tag, including the Whip Cream felt heart were made using Die-namics Notched Tag Die & Stamp Set. I finished the tag with a Bubblegum button and hemp bow.

Hi there! Hope you are all having a great weekend! After settling in after being away for nearly a week, I sat down and played with some of my favorite things ;)

Here is the fun sketch for this month's Guest Designer Contest:

I had a lot of fun with this sketch! I gave my Vagabond and Die-namics Butterflies dies a great workout ;) I took advantage of the four circular die-cut "windows" made with the Die-namics Peek-a-Boo Squared die to showcase 8 pretty colors of MFT cardstock including: (left to right, larger butterfly die cut color listed first) Berrylicious & Sno Cone, Cotton Candy & Pink Lemonade, Grape Jelly & Grapesicle, Kraft & Natural.

I stamped a sentiment from Clearly Sentimental about Art on a die cut strip made using Die-namics Sentiment Strips.

Hello there! It's hard to believe Autumn is here already especially when the temps are still in the high 90's here in Phoenix. I'm trying to squeeze in every last day of the swimming season. We solar heat our pool so it maintains a comfortable 89 - 90 degrees for at least a few more weeks which is perfect for me :)

Today I have a card to share for the second week of CR84FN63. Thanks for all the pretty entries in the gallery thus far and interest in the open DT call! Please keep them coming!

Here's my interpretation:

I combined some pretty Authentique patterned paper along with a few images from the Die-namics Circus Spectacular Die & Stamp Set (LJD). I love the convenience of having the coordinating Die-namics for this stamp set! Saves a few minutes not have to fussy cut around the images allowing more crafty time :)
