***I have two posts today, please click here to see my MFT Goes Grunge post. Thank You :) ***
Hi there! Welcome to Day 1 of 7 of the MFT September Teasers! Today, we are showcasing the following stamp sets: Distressed Diamonds, a la modes Fairy Dust, and Lisa Johnson Design's Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics.
I created a mixed media canvas featuring images from both Distressed Diamonds and Lisa Johnson Designs Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics.
The word fall was created using dies from the Die-namics High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase. To get the crackled texture, I painted them with Ranger Acrylic White paint, coated with Ranger Crackle Paint Picket Fence then applied Ranger Weathered Fence ink.
Shown below are the dies from the September release that I used on my canvas today:

I created a mixed media canvas featuring images from both Distressed Diamonds and Lisa Johnson Designs Primitive Pumpkins Die-namics.
To create this project, I started by painting and spraying the canvas as well as smearing on a thin layer of molding paste. Before the molding was completely dry, I randomly stamped Distressed Diamonds directly on the molding paste creating even more texture.
Once the background was dry, I randomly stamped more images from Distressed Diamonds and stars from Primitive Pumpkins.
After die-cutting and stamping the fun patterend pumpkins from Primitive Pumpkins, I coated them with a layer of Ranger Rock Candy. To create the picket fence you see peeking out from behind the Primitive Pumpkins, I used the Die-namics Picket Fence die to cut a piece of Ranger Grunge board, with Ranger Acrylic White paint, coated with Ranger Crackle Paint Picket Fence then applied Ranger Weathered Fence ink.The word fall was created using dies from the Die-namics High-Rise Alphabet Lowercase.
