Animal Crossing is great, assuming you can get over the simplistic graphics, zany dialogue, and inescapable saccharine nature. Understandably, a lot of people can't get into a game where fruit is the most valuable commodity and all purchases are overseen by an apron-wearing raccoon. The Sims ultimately serves up a similar, if somewhat more complex, experience to Animal Crossing, but delivers it in a way that should appeal to a more gamers' palates. Read More »
