Puns Bi Weekly Challenge 11--Project 1

Hello Everyone!

I am so excited to get to show my project today
 using some fab products!

Our challenge theme is PUNS!

Seriously I love playing with words, so I was excited to use
Lawn Fawn's  Best Pun Ever stamp set!

Not only did the DT ladies get to play with this stamp set,
we got to use some amazing papers!
These scrumptious papers are by My Mind's Eye.

Need to get your crafty hands on these
spectacular products and many more?

Now for my card:

I stamped those fun Popsicles and colored
with Spectrum Noir markers.
I die cut several different sizes
of stitched squares and stacked them.
Though I loved all the gold embossed papers in this paper set,
I choose to spotlight this triangular printed paper.
I just love the shapes and colors!
I cut out some banners and layered them a
nd stamped the sentiment.
A fun, CAS card if I don't say so myself!
Now it's your turn to make a project using a pun!

to help you get ready for the upcoming festivities.
Our new biweekly challenge is...Christmas!
By playing along you not only get another

as well as a sentiment sticker and brad!
I added some bling, and voila'--a fun, festive card!

June 10-June 16
Weekly Challenge - Word Bubbles

This week word bubbles are what it's all about over at Cuttin' and Stampin'
We are using  Basic Gray Capture collection and Jillibean Soup Word Bubble stamp set both of which you can find at the Cuttin' and Stampin' facebook store
Michele from Stuff By Belle here today and I am sharing three, yes three cards today...I just couldn't stop. :)

All three use white Bazzill Basic cardstock and word bubbles stamped in archival ink and heat embossed with high-gloss embossing powder.

This card has a layer of the Basic Gray Capture which brings out the bright colors in all of the Color Shine mist used to splatter.  Finished off with some various sequins.

This card has a layer of the Basic Gray Capture and the same paper was used to cut some stars, Tattered Angels Glimmer mist, UmWow Studios star confetti covered in stickles.

And this last card has a background of hexagons colored with watercolor pencils, I used the UmWow Studios hexagon mask to do this.  The twine is Jillibean Soup.

For more details on these cards please pop over to my blog.

You still have a couple of days to get your Word Bubble project linked up on our challenge blog.
I can't wait to see what you create!

Until next time...get inky often!

Weekly Challenge - Little Monsters

This week we are all about Little Monsters over at Cuttin' and Stampin'
We are using  Fancy Pants Be Different collection and Paper Smooches Space Cadet stamp set both of which you can find at the Cuttin' and Stampin' facebook store
Michele from Stuff By Belle here today and I am sharing a get well card for the next time a Little Monster I know is not feeling well.

My card is 5-1/4" x 5-1/4", I cut some different size circles and layered them up.  The scalloped circled is popped up for some dimension.  On the center circle I used the UmWow Studio star confetti mask with clear embossing powder to create the resist when I painted with Distress paint.

All the stamped images from the Space Cadet set are on watercolor paper and water colored with Distress markers.  I fussy cut them and adhered, again some are popped up for dimension.  I added some UmWow Studio star confetti covered in a layer of stickles for a little fun sparkle.

You still have a couple of days to get your Little Monster project linked up on our challenge blog.
I can't wait to see what you create!
