Amigurumi Little Chicks
I've had cravings for Cadbury's Mini Eggs lately which can only mean one thing... Easter is on its way. :P So I made a mini amigurumi little chick army. They look quite cute all sat together. As always they're up for adoption at my etsy shop. :)

Amigurumi Halloween Candy Corn Man
I was thinking about Halloween again last night as there are so many fun things you can make for it which usually you might not think of. Well I ended up making this weird little guy who is an Amigurumi Candy Corn Man. :)
Now I know in the UK we're not much familiar with Candy Corn but in America they're a really popular sweet especially around Autumn and Halloween time. He's weird but he made me smile. :P
He can be adopted from my etsy shop.

Amigurumi Giraffe
Just thought I'd share another of my new little creations with you and I was quite pleased with how this little giraffe came out. :) Well I say "little" but it's a bit bigger than some of the things I've made and also took a while with all the various limbs and bits and pieces. :) But I'm so pleased with it. Actually made me want to "squee", lol. :D
Finishing this has given me some ideas and inspiration for other critters I could make so have doodled them in my notebook for another time. :)
This little giraffe can be adopted from my etsy shop. :)

Amigurumi Rainbow Drops
And now for something new. :)
These little things were inspired by rainbows.... obviously. :) They're called Rainbow Drops and it's thought these pretty little droplets of colour are formed when ordinary dull raindrops pass through the colours of a rainbow.
Loved making these and fun to use such bright yarn colours as I don't always get to use red and orange for example. :) These will gradually be listed for adoption at my etsy shop.

My first Giveaway - Cupcake anyone?
I've been meaning to do a giveaway for a while now as it seems fun and I also wanted to say a little thanks for all the cool people out there who have either followed me on twitter, liked/became a fan on facebook, supported my blog here or bought something from my etsy or folksy shops. I am lucky to have such a nice bunch of people around me. :)
Well anyway I promised on my facebook that once it got up to 500 people "liking" me I'd have a giveaway and here it is. It was really hard deciding what to give away for my first one but in the end I decided on an Amigurumi Lemon Cupcake. :) Cupcakes were one of the first things I started creating when I was teaching myself to crochet so I have a soft spot for them. I love cupcakes in general and hoping most of you do too.
To enter all you have to do is to leave a comment here or on my facebook telling me what your favourite item is from my etsy shop and make sure I have a way of contacting you, anonymous entries can't be included as I won't know who you are if you win. :)
The winner will be chosen at random. The competition closes at midday on Sunday 4th July. Good luck.

Amigurumi Kawaii Pastel Bunnies
It's still all about the bunnies for me. :) I have been enjoying crocheting this set of cute little bunnies all in nice pastel colours which I thought would look nice for spring. :)
Loved making these bunnies, they were fun and look so cute together. They are up for adoption at my etsy shop.

Amigurumi Felix "Scout" McFrosty Penguin
Some of you may recognise this little fellow. :) When I first started up on etsy I made felt plushies although the amigurumi crochet kind of took over in the end. Well this is a little character my boyfriend designed for me and I think he's so cute. :) He started off as a felt plushie and that's the way he's been for the last two and a half years or so.
But with deciding to concentrate more on my crochet I didn't want to lose some of my much loved felt plushie characters so I thought I'd gradually convert them to yarn and make little amigurumi critters out of them. So here's Felix and in case he's new to you, here's his story...
Felix is on a mission from the Antarctic. Having heard about global warming his penguin clan sent him away to gather information on the world without snow and ice. Sadly, this was years ago and he is now lost and can't find his way home.
Fish was his favourite food but since leaving the Antarctic he has discovered a love for jelly babies.
Felix can be adopted at either my etsy shop or my folksy shop. :)

Amigurumi Bumblebees
I like bees. :) I think bees are quite cute, all fuzzy and flower loving. Buzzing around and going about their business making honey and stuff. Unlike wasps which make me run off whenever they come near - eugh! I hate wasps and been stung on more than one occasion.
So with my new found Spring inspiration I thought I would make a bee... and then another one... and another one... I think they look cute together. :) These will be buzzing their way on to my etsy shop if interested in adopting. :)

Amigurumi Kawaii Chicks
Continuing with some spring type critters I came up with these little chicks. :) Thought it would be nice with Easter being the next thing to look forward to.
There was one thing strange though, I bought some Cadburys Mini Eggs to go in the pictures but when I got them back from my boyfriend (who took the photos for me) there seemed to be a lot of eggs missing! Hmph! :P
Anyway these little chicks will be available from my etsy shop. :)

Amigurumi Kawaii Lollipops
I have no idea why I suddenly decided I wanted to crochet some lollipops but they just came to mind. :) I love lollipops, they remind me of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.... or the sweet section of Harrods in London. Not that I go shopping in Harrods very often but the sweet section in there is once seen, not easily forgotten. :)
These were so much fun to make though and I love seeing them all together, so bright and cheerful. They'll be going up for sale in my etsy shop over the next few days.

Amigurumi Black Penguin
It's November! :O Can't believe we're in November already! This year is just going so quickly now! I thought I would celebrate the start of it with posting another one of my winter themed critters and here is a little black penguin I made. :)
I love penguins, they're so cute. :D

Rainbow Bunny Blobs
I finally finished making all of my Rainbow Bunny Blobs. :) I've been gradually making them inbeween making Autumn and Wintery type critters. I had a lot of fun making them, mainly because I got to use colour yarns that I rarely get to use. :D
I love seeing them all together, they look so fun and bright. :D All will be available on my etsy shop although I'm listing them gradually.

I've been busy trying to get some of my crochet animals back in stock as well as making more fimo charms.
But in the meantime until I get those finished here's a little pink and yellow crochet monkey I completed a while ago but didn't get a chance to list before I went on holiday. :)
It can be found at my etsy shop here.

Amigurumi Yellow and Orange Summer Bear
A new liitle critter has found it's way into my etsy shop here. :)
This little bear is at its happiest when the sun is shining. It loves going for long walks and taking trips to the seaside. :) It also loves ice-cream especially vanilla.

Amigurumi Yellow Chick - Chesney
Chesney the Chick arrived at the Adoption Centre with a fondness for taking a dip in the puddles when it rains. He likes paddling and practising his quack.
Chesney is hoping to find a fun home and someone who will put up with his quacking. :) More about Chesney here.
