Shadowbox Garden Card

My project today using Creative Inspirations Paint is something really different then a usual type card. I decided to make a shadowbox type card. All the flowers were cut out with a rose die cut my friend had- I decided to use Mango and Citrus paints to accent many of the pieces after I lightly inked the design while it was in the die and then accented with my Spectrum Noir markers.
I tried to share a few angles so you could see the flowers and the beautiful colors.
Here you can see the dimension of the display card and how I did a step base in the inside to layer the flowers at different levels.
That beautiful ribbon is from Really Reasonable Ribbon and is from their Ribbon of the month assortment this month.I believe the decorative brad is from SEI. The leaves were cut out from dies from Heartfelt Creations and a couple Martha Stewart punches. I just wanted to take the time to Thank Molly and the design team here at Creative Inspirations Paint-this is my last post as a design team member, I know I will be playing along with the challenges and be back in April for both of the challenges. I have enjoyed playing and painting everything I could with my paints, glitter, and embossing powders. post signature

Mini Canvas Design

Today My Creative Inspirations Paint project is mini canvas I made after I watched a video  from Jennifer Priest. It made me remember the mini canvas squares I had gotten on clearance a long time back.
I only used two colors from Creative Inspiration Paint-Fairy Dust and  Green.
I used an old sheet of music from some vintage books and then painted them with the paints.
I used a Unity stamp from Marah Johnson that has a great little bird and a second set from Unity for the sentiment "Believe You Can Fly".
I stamped and embossed with clear embossing powder the birdcage image , then stamped the bird on card stock and cut out an attached with pop dots.

My two ribbons are from Really Reasonable ribbon and were attached to the back so these could be hung.
I am sorry I didn't have more angles to share-the sparkle is amazing but was so hard to take a picture of.

Today I want to share a quick project I finished using my Creative Inspirations Paint.
Can you believe I painted a bowl? The ladies at Creative Inspirations Paint told me I would be addicted and start painting everything...lol
I used Autumn wheat, Rustic Red and the New Resplendence red Glitter for the edges

When I got this wooden display bowl-It was an ugly color, sorry I don't have a before picture.
Yes, I have crossed over and will now be painting everything I can get my hands on.

Roses For You?

Hello, Dawn here today to share an adorable card I finished using my Creative Inspirations Paint.
This cutie is Humphrey from Crafter's Companion- I started by coloring him with my Spectrum Noir alcohol markers. Next, I decided to pull out my paints

I used a very tiny brush to accent all the leaves and roses, then I went in and just touched the inner flowers with Fairy Dust and the ribbon holding the flowers.    It is so hard to show all the shine.

I used some Really Reasonable Ribbon on the front as well as the inside. That greenery piece is from a die cut from Cheery Lynn..
I bet you figured out this is going to be a Valentine card?
Hope you enjoyed my design today.
