Under the Sea Birthday Card

Created this Under the Sea Birthday card in monochromatic shades of blue layers. The center is an Artist Trading Card (ATC) 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" piece of artwork. Used scrapbook paper for sky & water. Stamped and cut out the ship, octopus & coins. Colored the coins. Used blue saran wrap to give the look of water.
