My daughter has always been fond of Sea Otters. Made this card for her birthday.
Used Lawn Fawn LF stamps/dies to create the scene. Chose the LF Stitched Borders die to make the waves from bubble print pattern cardstock/paper. Used a Close To My Heart CTMH shimmer pen clear for water look on top of waves. Used felt for the Otter. Added a wiggle eye to Otter. Stamped & die cut gift/present box from paper that had a Starfish on it and added a gold star brad. Added gems.
My older sister gave her this plush Sea Otter & Baby when she was younger after a visit to a Zoo.
