I gave the Tag my personal touches. I used Mod Podge for my glue sealer. I did not collage the entire Tag and allowed some of the pink cardstock base to show. I made the Feb calendar using hubby's DayPlanner by scanning, cropping & printing on pink cardstock. Stitched the pink glitter arrow made from Cricut cartridge Sweethearts onto the red felt heart. Added gems, lace & recycled some ribbon that I had found and it had the perfect frayed look to it.
