Sled Tag/Ornament - SU SophisticatedSled

Made this Tag which can be used as an ornament on Christmas Tree also. Hubby & I took Basic Ice Skating lessons when we first moved to TX. I liked it so much I took next level which was Jumps & Spins. Couple years ago a woman posted she was giving away a pair of ice skates so I now have them.

Christmas Vellum Pocket Shaker Ornament/Tag Card - Hero Arts MthKitNov2022 Let It Snow

Made this using Hero Arts Nov 2022 Monthly Kit. Decided to make a Vellum pocket and put the shaker ornament/tag inside and then it can be removed and hung on Christmas tree.

In the scene are die cut: deer, snowman, snowflakes, trees and icy/snowy ground. Snowflake shaker elements are added.

Santa & Reindeers Tag/Ornament - Tim Holtz DashAwayAll

Using Tim Holtz (TH) die, Dash Away All, for first time. The die is available at Simon Says Stamp for free with a $25 purchase of TH item(s). First die cutting did not work which was per instructions on the pkg to have paper face up on top of die. I used a magnetic plate and had the paper face down with die on top. Blended the white background using Tim Holtz weathered wood Distress Ink. Added gold glitter cardstock to back behind stars.

Made this Tag/Ornament using for first time the Nov 2021 Kit Santa dies to paper piece together. I like the detail that the dies have like the flourishes on Santa's beard & mustache. Used Marvy Snow marker with heat tool for added texture.

Merry Christmas Tag/Ornament - Hero Arts ColorLayering MerryChristmas

Made this Tag/Ornament using for first time Hero Arts Color Layering Merry Christmas stamp. The stamp is 2 pieces, top is Merry and bottom is Christmas. It has 2 sets which you can color layer which I will try soon. Took a couple stampings to get all inked but that is where the MISTI comes in handy. Stamp set does not come with dies so the HA Nesting Circles die is used to cut out the words stamped on white.

Used HA Nesting Circles for the gold foil piece. With 2 circle dies you can cut & waste less. Only used the 1/8" x 4" piece and have the remainder to use on another project. 

The base is white, used adhesive all the way around the edge of white to place twine on at top, attach the gold foil piece to white base and at top it goes over the twine, then used adhesive on white base to attach the red piece and at top it goes over the twine, and used foam adhesive to pop up/attach the top white stamped layer.
