A short while ago I got the Stampin' Up Precision Base Plate and it is great for detailed die cuts like this Hero Arts Reef Border. Used Xyron to laminate the creation which gives it more of a water look.

sentiment. Punched mini Seahorses with Martha Stewart punch for sketch components top left & bottom right areas. Used Wink of Stella clear pen on the mini Seahorses.
