Created this Thinking Of You Card with an Oriental theme using a sketch you can see below.

Used Delicious Doodles digi paper, Poppies. Stamped Poppies & sentiment from Mark's Finest Papers. Embossed circles with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder. Popped up sentiment tag & stamped Poppies with Stampin' Up dimensionals. Added gems to center of stamped Poppies. Added gem Butterflies, twine & faux stitching.

Poppies Spring Thank You Card

Created this card using Mark's Finest Papers Welcome Poppies stamps. Used color scheme: Grape, Poppy & Rose.

 Stamped the Poppies twice. First time stamped on card surface with green ink. Second time stamped on another piece of white cardstock and cut the Poppies out. Put the cut out Poppies over the first stamped image using foam for dimension. Stamped sentiment and used a Stampin' Up punch for sentiment tag. Inked the edge of the card & sentiment tag with Tim Holtz spun sugar Distress Ink. Used a Fiskars corner rounder. Added some ribbon.

Welcome Poppies Patriotic Card

Created this Patriotic card using Mark's Finest Papers (MFP) Welcome Poppies stamp set.

Used americana Kraft cardstock red/off-white/blue. Since I was running low on the americana Kraft cardstock I bought a 2nd pkg at Hobby Lobby yesterday 50% this wk.

Used Spellbinders: Nestabilities Labels Eight and Shapeabilities Ribbons Banners. Used Fiskars corner rounder.

Heat embossed the Poppies stamp & USA stamp using VersaMark & Black embossing powder. Was a first for me heat embossing a large stamp like this.


Used Vintage twine that I had won which I thought complemented the look of this Kraft cardstock.
