Printed the digi on bluish purple cardstock. Used Spellbinder to cut the die. Used bright orange cardstock as base. Embossed the base of card with Cuttlebug Art Deco embossing folder. Added glitter. Stamped sentiment from Darcie's Day Is Sweet.
Photographed the card near BlueBonnets in my backyard that started greening up beginning of Oct. Crazy yes. BlueBonnets bloom in the Spring in TX. This yr they greened up in Jan before Spring and we had wonderful blooms in Spring. This is way early for them to green up so it will interesting to see what happens Spring of 2013. If you look at my blog sidebar on right you will see one of the BlueBonnets in bloom.
Card base is orange like the flower I colored but the sun & camera makes the base look yellow. The digi is printed on bluish purple cardstock but again the sun & camera makes it look light blue.
