Combined several elements to make this Halloween Tag.

gem: sm orange/gold - used for Owl's eyes
ink:  ColorBox Frost White (used to stamp on black felt for mask)   VersaFine Onyx Black 
Lawn Fawn: stamp - Critters in Costume - Owl at top 
Memory Box: die - Owl Heart Set - Owl on pumpkin & leaves at bottom
paper: cardstock - black, browns, green, white (leaves, used TH DI to color), yellow,
