Birtday wishes...

Allemaal een hele goede morgen op deze zonnige zaterdagmorgen:)

Vandaag weer eens een stempelkaartje van mij. Boven mijn favoriete voorkeur om vintageplaatjes te gebruiken vind ik stempelen ook erg leuk.

Eerst een kaart gesneden uit craft karton van 30x15 cm.
Daarop een wit vierkant van 14.5x14.5 cmen tot slot een vierkant stuk scrappapier van 14x14 cm.

De randen oud gemaakt, gestikt en aangezet met crackelpaint.

Daarover weer een strook wit papier en bewerkt met een magnoliastans en een stukje papier uit een oud Frans boekje gescheurd.

Materialen:
Stempel: Magnolia (Butterfly Dreams) Tilda with stuffed animal.
Papier: Papermania Rose garden en een stukje uit een oud Frans boekje.
Nestabilities: Petit Scalloped Ovals large en Petit Ovals Large.
Pons: Nellie Snellen Jumbo Leaf.
Stans: Magnolia (Doohickey's) Doily Flower, Dragon Flies, Vintage Tag en Tilda Lace.

De randen heb ik oud gemaakt met de Paper Distresser en aangezet met Distress Crackle Paint Picket Fence.Het vlindertje op de voorkant heb ik bewerkt met stickles.

Ingekleurd met Distressinkt: Fired Brick, Worn Liptick, Broken China, Weathered Wood, Walnut Stain, Antique Linen, Tattered Rose en Peeled Paint.

*Winter kaart...

Hoi knutseldames,

Vandaag is het weer lekker fris zeg..brrr. Vanochtend gewerkt maar nu zit ik heerlijk warm bij de kachel met mijn slofjes aan hihi. Kopje thee erbij dus ik heb geen last meer van de kou.
Als ik zo kijk naar de onderstaande digi moet ik er niet aan denken om op een iglo te gaan zitten...

Het onderstaande kaartje heb ik gemaakt met een gratis digitale stempel van Precious Moments. Ik vind ze zo geweldig lief allemaal. Vooral ook dit jongetje met knuffelbeer.
De stempel heb ik ingekleurd met mijn Derwente potloden. Die blijven nog altijd favoriet.

Roosjes: zijn gemaakt met de Creatable Flowers van Marianne Design.
Stickles: Ice Crystal

Gabriella - fairy

Create4fun heeft weer hele leuke nieuwe digistamps.
Dit is er eentje van; haar naam is Gabriella -Fairy.
Papier is een paperpad van Basic Grey.
De achtergrond van de stempel is uitgestanst met de nestabilities Big Scalloped Ovals LG
Je kunt het niet zo goed zien, maar het onderste gedeelte van het jurkje is ook bewerkt met Stickles Crystal
De rondjes zijn met de nestabilities set Classic Standard Circles uitgestanst, een flower met daarbovenop een klein roosje Randpons van Martha Stewart.

Rosie loves to dance

Ik heb bij dit kaartje een paperpad van webster's pages gebruikt en de schattige digi van Karen's Doodles Rosie Loves to Dance.
De stippeltjes op het jurkje zijn van Stickles Glitterlijm Cristal
Nestabilities set Classic Ovals.
De bloemen zijn uitgeponst met de papershapers large en medium van EK-Succes met daar bovenop een stukje parelsnoer en roosjes.
Takjes zijn van de Sizzlits; Flowers, Branches & Leaves.
Bloemetjes op het lint zijn van de EK Succes pons Edgar Punch Daisy Chain .
Daar bovenop nog kleine pareltjes geplakt.

Peek-a-Boo

Hi everyone, I hope you are all enjoying the spring sunshine in your part of the world...the weather here in the UK is beautiful :)

Here is a card that I made recently with a digital image from 'Karens Doodles' the image is called 'Peek a Boo'... I love this cute image it really makes me smile...look at those chubby legs :)

I have coloured the image with Copics...I used my Nestabilities 'Circles' and 'Scalloped Circles' dies to cut all the circle elements for the sketch...and added some 'Star Dust' Stickles to the scallops to match the sparkly DCWV papers that are from the 'Sweet' stack. The paper roses are from my stash and the pretty fabric flower is from a pack of 'Ballerina Blooms' by Prima.

Marianne Creatables flower dies tutorial

Hello, today I am going to share how I assemble the flower that I have made with the Marianne Creatables flower die that I have used on this card

You will need the dies of your choice, some card or designer paper, ribbon, tweezers, scissors and strong double sided tape.

With the front of the flower facing you, start by threading the ribbon through one of the slits on the petal and down through the centre hole, then back up through the next petal till you have threaded the ribbon through each petal.

Apply some strong double sided tape to the last petal and trim and stick down the ribbon.

Use a brad to join the top layer of the flower to the base then edge the petals with Stickles glitter glue

Not just for Christmas

I think I can get away with using this Magnolia stamp all year round - well Christmas has been and gone (I must have blinked!!) and holly is evergreen so I guess I can use this stamp not only for Christmas.

I have used Color Core card stock which I have distressed with a bit of sandpaper and a Tim Holtz paper distressing tool.

I have spritzed the roses and mini roses with Glimmer Mist  and have added Stickles and Liquid Pearls to the image.

Here's another Christmas card from me, that's all I seem to be making lately and still need loads more too.

I have used Basic Grey Eskimo Kisses paper pad and also lots of Stickles and Marvy Liquid Applique.

Special Christmas Delivery...

Weer een kerstkaartje gemaakt. Ik had het afdrukje al een tijdje liggen, maar nu wist ik precies wat ik ermee wilde doen. Ik heb het plaatje gekleurd en ben daarna met mijn Stickles en True Snow aan de slag gegaan, zo leuk om te doen! Ik heb weer zo'n leuke Art stamp gebruikt en mijn nieuwe Nestabilities ovaaltjes.



De Nestabilitie heb ik eerst uitgestanst en geembost. Daarna heb ik met een sponsje met Distress inkt heel voorzichtig het ovaaltje bewerkt terwijl het nog in de stans zat. Zo komt de tekst wat meer naar voren.



Ik heb op verschillende plaatsen True Snow aangebracht. Dit is witte pasta in een potje, die je met een spateltje op je afdrukje aan moet brengen. Op het bontrandje van de muts en op alle vallende sneeuwvlokken zitten weer witte Stickles.

Fiskars and Spellbinders

Another Christmas card from me!  I have use Spellbinders Nestibilities Labels 5, and have drawn around the outside of the die to cut a small red mat for the image.  The border is punched with a Fiskars Threading Water punch, and I have applied Stickles to the edges of the flowers

Here's another Christmas card from me, I have used the fabulous Spellbinders Create-a-flake 1 die to make the snowflakes. 

Some are die cut from Parchment, and I have edged these with a silver Krylon Pen and applied Stickles to the parchment.

The rest are cut from Acetate and Diamond Dust (Twinklets) adhered with Glossy Accents.
