Easter Bunny cards

Bunnies are in my yard and now on my cards.

For the first three cards, I use a bunny stamp by Stamp N Plus Scrapping.
I colored it in with Copic markers

The sentiment stickers are by SRM Stickers

The die-cuts:
Square by Sizzix-I inked the inside with distress ink and the Oval by Cricut

The patterned paper is by The Paper Studio (I love the pretty egg colors)

My second bunny card, it was cut out with a Sizzix square die and inked on the inside with distress ink.

The background paper is by Making Memories

The sentiment is a Imaginisice stamp stamped onto a Spellbinders die cut
That cardstock is by Bazzill
The ribbon is by Offray

The bunny sticker is by Remenisice and the Sunday sticker is by Doodlebug.

For my third card, The journal sticker with the carrot is by Reminisce

The die-cut behind the bunny is from Spellbinders

The patterned paper is by Making Memories (orange)
Doodlebug (white with words)

For my fourth card I used an unknown digital stamp with the sentiment.
It is layered onto a Spellbinders die cut.

The egg eyelets are by Eyelet Outlet

The grass die-cut is by K and Co

The ribbon is by Offray.

The patterned paper is by Doodlebug and The Paper Studio

Red and Black Graduation Cards

I believe these 2 are the last of the graduation cards.
I used a diploma stamp by Stampin Up
The sentiment is by sticker by Reminisce
The patterned paper is by The Paper Studio
The die- cuts are: Square from eBay, pennant by Lawn Fawn, and borders by Creative Memories.
The black border is not an easy scallop border.
Here, I will try to explain.
The bottom layer is red Rick-Rack that I used liquid glue to adhere to. I am not a fan of liquid glue, for this reason, the glue seeped out and was visible.

I took an old Creative Memories wave border and adhered it on top of a rick rack to cover the glue.
These borders came together to include the edges of the waves, see the next picture.
I adhered the edge border over the two layers to cover the waves and rick rack because they didn't match up completely and glue from the rick rack was still visible.

Simple easy card with cardstock and a printed sentiment.

Star Graduation Cards

Today I have two similar graduation cards to share. I bought the background paper by Best Creations at a outlet store and it came with a bit of warping to it. I kind of don't mind because I think it adds a "want to touch it" interest. I think it's fun to watch people open the card and put their fingers over a certain spot that they're not quite sure about. The grad caps on the paper are like heat embossed with a sparkly black color which also adds the "want to touch it" appeal.

I die cut the stars with my Cricut and the Home Decor and More cartridge. It was a freebie in Cricut Craft Room and I love stars. I did all the layers to the image using blue Coredinations cardstock and grey by Recollections. I used foam adhesive on the last star of the die cut image to pop it up away from the other pieces. I'm not sure where the black congrats sentiment came from on the first card but on the second card I used a Clearly Besotted happy die and a Reminisce graduation sticker. The second card has a Spellbinders die behind the star which is paper by Stampin Up.

It just occurred to me that these two cards do not have any stamping on them. That rarely happens.

Thanks so much for looking.

Graduation Gift Card Holder and more

More graduation cards. I hope I'm not boring you with all these graduation cards. I was asked to make a bunch to sell at a boutique and I ended up making 50 of them. So I have a lot to show but don't worry I won't bore you with all 50.

The patterned paper is by Best Creations and I have it matted onto a piece of black cardstock by Recollections for the top two examples. My first card is a gift card holder. I folded the vellum, by The Paper Studio, into a rectangle shape with an opening at the top. I kept a gift card inside while I was making the pouch. The sticker on the vellum is by Reminisce and I put Glossy Accents by Ranger on the diploma. The grad cap is a sticker by Jolee's/EK Success that has a fun fringe tassel. The ribbon at the bottom is chiffon with a swirl patterned on it in black but I don't know the manufacturer because it was a prize gift but the circle border below the ribbon is a border punch and it is by Martha Stewart.

I stamped the grad cap and sentiment in black ink by Hero Arts and colored in the cap with colored pencils by Stampin Up. I die cut the image into a circle and matted a black circle and blue scalloped circle behind that. The black and white cardstocks are by Recollections and the blue is by Color Aid. The chiffon ribbon is by Pebbles and it is held in a cross with a brad by The Paper Studio.

For this card I matted the patterned paper with grey cardstock by Bazzill and also used a blue diagonal striped paper by Studio G. The star and sentiment were both cut out using my Cricut and the small blue star in the center of the black star is a die cut by Lawn Fawn.

Iris folding Easter card.

I LOVE this card. The Easter basket iris folding stamp by Stamp N Plus is so stunning. Take a look.

I stamped the image onto Tim Holtz distress watercolor paper, that's a mouthful, and then cut out the center. The patterned paper I used for the folding is by DCWV and the lines match up better then if I actually tried for them too. I colored the rest of the image in with distress markers and a water pen by Ranger. I used a Wink of Stella pen on some of the eggs and animals.

The patterned paper is by Daisy D's (old) and the cardstock is by Recollections. The lattice pattern die cut was cut out with the Cricut (Ribbons and Rosettes) with the egg sticker by Doodlebug Designs. The sentiment sticker is by Reminisce.

One more look at that fun iris stamp by Stamp N Plus.

Deep Red Stamps Heart Tag

The stamp I used for the background is called Doodle Hearts and they can be found at Oozaks and Scrapbook dot com. I cut the hearts away from the sentiment and stamped them in red ink by Stampin Up. Then I inked the tag with Ranger distress ink and sprayed the tag with Perfect Pearls mixed with water. It gives a beautiful sparkle.
The 14 Feb rub-on is by Reminisce and the sentiment sticker is by Mrs. Grossman. The other pieces to my tag are scraps I found in my stash.

Deep Red Stamps Sweetheart card

I don't know if you've noticed but I don't do hearts very often. I never feel like I can make them look good. Well today's card is proof to myself that I can do hearts and make them look good. The heart with roses stamp is by Deep Red stamps and can be purchased at A Cherry on Top and also at Scrapbook dot com.

I inked the stamp with Hero arts black ink and Colorbox red and green ink and stamped it onto white cardstock. I fussy cut the heart out, matted it onto black cardstock by Recollections and fussy cut it out again, then set it aside for probably two months.

I have Reminisce striped patterned paper for my base. I borrowed the conversation heart embossing folder from a friend and layered it on to the patterned paper, then set aside for oh about 10 months.

Then when I pulled out all my Valentine stuff this past week I saw the two together and thought ya this might work. The red heart is a die cut by Recollections that I picked up at Michael's. The whole pack of dies were on sale for 99 cents. Hmmm....OK lets put this with this and then the rhinestone hearts came into site and it fits the size of the die cut. I like that layering, a lot.

Now for a sentiment. Same die cut package, there's a banner. Then I found this Sticko pack of stickers and it has the black behind it to pull the black in from the heart. Oops the sticker is not straight. Peel it off ever so carefully but still tore the paper and look at this we have a rhinestone heart in our stash perfectly sized to cover up the paper tear. Add the stamped heart with roses onto the card with foam adhesive. Perfect-Love it.
