New Love to Scrap Challenge - Anything Goes

I'm sharing another of the cards I made using this new stamp set from The Card Hut:


The set was designed by Sophie Spencer-Beeley and you can find it here on the website.

To make my card I used one of the main images, coloured with Promarkers and one of the sentiment.  Then I stamped and coloured the background using some of the smaller stamps from the set.

I'm sharing another of the cards I made for the recent Create and Craft TV show from The Card Hut showcasing a new Mark Bardsley CD rom and USB:


This is another of the flat pictures with some backing paper generated from the software.

I layered the card with Mossy Meadow card from Stampin' Up and paper and card from Craft Creations.

I'm sharing one of the cards I made for last month's Cart Hut show on Create and Craft.  The stamps I've used are from the 'Berries' set which is part of the Charlotte Eleanor Designs Flora and Fauna Stamp Collection:


The 'Berries' set is in the bottom right corner of the picture above and you can find the collection here on The Card Hut website.

I coloured the image with Promarkers and added some glitter glue.  The papers are from the Holiday Glow Pack layered with gold paper.

New Love to Scrap Challenge - Fall Back

 


There's a new challenge today on the Love to Scrap Challenge Blog and this month our theme is 'fall back'.

To make my card I used the Love of Leaves stamp set and coordinating dies from Stampin' Up.

I started by die cutting an aperture in a piece of card using a die from Stampin' Up and then using them as a reverse mask with Distress Inks.  Then I stamped one of the sentiments from the stamp set to the right of the panel using Soft Suede Stampin' Up ink.

Then I stamped and die cut three leaves using Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Early Espresso inks.

I finished the card by layering with card from Craft Creations.

New Love to Scrap Challenge - Anything Goes

 


There's a new challenge today on the Love to Scrap Challenge Blog and this month it's an anything goes theme.

To make my card I've used stamps from the Garden Splash stamp set from The Card Hut available here.

I cut three pieces of white card at 4cm intervals and then stacked them on top of each other, attaching them together with small pieces of double sided tape to keep them in place.

Then I stamped the butterflies from the set across all three pieces before taking the pieces apart again and then matting black paper between them.

As you can see, there are three different sentiments but I decided the one I used was appropriate for the current time.

New Love to Scrap Challenge Blog - Anything Goes

I am sharing another of the cards I made for the recent Card Hut show on Create and Craft.

The show introduced the Garden Shed Stamp Collection and this particular set is called 'Home Grown' - you can find all the stamps here on the Card Hut website.

I used Promarkers to colour the stamped image and added paper and card from Craft Creations.

New Love to Scrap Challenge Blog - Red and/or Pink


It's time for a new challenge on the Love to Scrap Challenge Blog and this month our theme is 'red and/or pink'.

To make my card I scored a piece of white card into 9 sections and then punched 8 hearts - 4 from plain red paper and 4 from gingham paper.  I attached these to the card inside the scored boxes and then a Stampin' Up sentiment stamped in red in the middle box.

I finished the card by layering on to red paper and the base cards.
