New Digi Choosday Challenge - Flower Frenzy


Our new challenge at Digi Choosday has just started and this week our theme is 'floral frenzy' - you can find all the details here on the challenge blog.

You'll also find details of today's special discount code and all the information about the brand new 'feather in my cap award' for challenge entrants who enter our challenges using a Polkadoodles image.

For my card I've used elements from the 'Lily Love Bug' collection (available here as a CD and here as a download) to create my card.  I enlarged one of the flower embellishments to make a layer for my card and then added more smaller flowers and a sentiment to the topper.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - The Easter/Flowers


This is my project for this week's Digi Choosday Challenge - our theme is 'Easter/Flowers'.  You can find all the details about the challenge here on the challenge blog.

The random winner (chosen by Random.org) will receive £5 worth of downloads of your choice from the digi store!

I've decorated a little gift bag using elements from Winnie Sugar Sprinkles collection!  I've used one of the images, some of the paper, a sentiment and some die cut elements to decorate a gift bag.  The dark brown die cut egg is supposed to represent chocolate!

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Ladies, Ladies


This is my project for today's new challenge on the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog - our theme this week is 'ladies, ladies' and I've made a little gift wallet.  There's a little photo step by step tutorial to make the wallet on the post.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Animals or Insects


There's a new challenge today on the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog and this week our theme is 'animals or insects'. Have a look here for all the details and today's discount offer!

For my card I've used elements from the new 'Lily Bug' collection and have tried combining some of them digitally for a change.  I've merged a pre-coloured digi with one of the frames, added a sentiment and also two of the flowers.  Then I've added two of the papers and some black paper and gems to finish my card.  The collection is available here as a CD and here as a download.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Not A Card

I've made a little Post-It Note holder - there's a photo of the cover above and this is the inside:


For the front cover I used part of one of the pages from the Adult Colouring Book Bundle 1 which is here on the Polkadoodleswebsite.  The 'notes' label is computer generated.  The paper I used on the cover and on the inside is from 'Serenity Fairy Wishes' bundle.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - In Bloom


It's Tuesday so that means a new challenge on the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog plus of course a great discount to spend on the Polkadoodles website!  Have a look  here for all the details.

Our theme this week is 'in bloom' and I've used the gorgeous 'Serenity Fairy Wishes' download which is available here on the Polkadoodles website.

I chose a digi stamp called 'Serenity Dancing' which is also available here individually on the website.  The papers and sentiment are from the download.

I've added some pink gems and a flower die cut from some of the backing paper.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Stitching

For my card I've used the 'Serenity Fairy Wishes' download which is available here on the Polkadoodles website.

I've used two of the paper designs which I've cut into blocks and then edged with faux stitching.  I coloured one of the fairy images using Promarkers and used a sentiment from the same download.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - CAS

For my card I've used the Adult Colouring Pages Bundle 1 which is available to download here from the Polkadoodles website.  I printed out one of the designs, coloured it with Promarkers and then layered on to black and white paper.  I added some black gems to finish the card.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Christmas Decor


We've got a new challenge today on the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog and this week we want to see 'Christmas decor' creations.  You can find all the details about the challenge here on the challenge blog.

I've made a wall hanging using pre-coloured images and papers from the 'Work and Play 5 Festive Hollybobs' download which is available here on the Polkadoodles website.

I've layered the papers with red paper and card and added some green tartan ribbon between the sections.  On the middle panel I've used a peel off greeting and punched snowflakes.

New Digi Choosday Challenge - Christmas With Sparkle Plus Some Exciting News!


A new challenge has started today on the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog and this week our theme is 'Christmas With Sparkle' - you can find all the details about the chalenge here on the challenge blog.

For my card I've used 'Winter Deer' from the Octavia Frosted Winter Collection - you can find it here on the Polkadoodles website.  The paper I've used is from 'Eden Collection - Paper Heaven 1 Collection' which is here.  My 'sparkle' is some glitter glue on the snow round the deers' feet and my gold card and gold gems.

GDT Card for Digi Choosday - Reds, Oranges and/or Browns


I'm very excited to say that I've been asked to stay on for another month as a GDT member at Digi Choosday!!  So today I'm back with my card for the new challenge which is to use 'reds, oranges and/or browns'.  You can find all the details here on the challenge blog.

GDT Card for Digi Choosday - Your Favourite Colour Combination


This is my fourth and final GDT card for the Digi Choosday Challenge Blog - a big thank you to the team for inviting me to join you over the past month.

This week's theme is 'your favourite colour combination' and you can find all the details about the challenge here on the challenge blog.

For me, my favourite colour combination is definitely pink and brown.  To make my card I've  used 'Twiggy and Toots Paper Heaven 5 Bundle' and 'Eden - Plain Jane' papers download plus 'Winston Bear Etty Sewing' digi stamp.  My sentiment is computer generated.
