Hello!  I'm back today for CC Designs March review of Roberto's Rascals. Hi!  So I feel a little bad that in all the Sister Stamps preview excitement, I forgot to post my card for CC Designs February review .  Better late than never, right?  I made this card a while ago and almost forgot about it.  But it is a bright sunny card and features Roberto's Rascals Splish Splash .  The sentiment is from AmyR Rainy Day sentiments.  I was happy that I finally got a chance to use this pretty gray ribbon. Hello again!  Boy the weather here is so gloomy again.  We actually haven't had many days of sunshine the past couple of weeks.  I feel sorry for tourists who are visiting now only to wake up to rain every morning.  It's supposed to rain this whole week! Today is another day of previews at CC Designs with a focus on Roberto's Rascals. This is bright card featuring Roberto's Rascals Duckies.  The sentiment is part of the new Rainy Day Sentiments.  I actually redid this card because I didn't like how the first one turned out.  But since these duckies are small it didn't take too long to make another one. Hello!  Are you freezing out there?  I know the mainland is seriously freezing right now but it's kind of cold here too.  Not nearly as cold I know, but still got my cozy socks on and bundled up at night to sleep.  It's funny though because it looks so sunny outside but the wind is so cold. Well, it's review time for CC Designs January release.  I made a cute little Valentine's project and I followed this awesome tutorial to make this pop-up box card.  Eunice makes the most awesome and creative projects! This is my first pop-up card box project.  It's a lot of fun and so much easier to follow Eunice's tutorial.  This image is Roberto's Rascals Blowing Kisses and the sentiment is from Adoring You.  I stamped it on the heart from the Grunge Envelope die which also comes with this super cute mini envelope.  I added a couple of doilies and tissue paper.  The hearts are from the Heart Border die. Hello!  I know Christmas was just last week and it's not quite the New Year yet but CC Designs is moving on ahead to our next big creative occasion, Valentine's Day!  I know all you crafters like to plan ahead, and it was a fun break for me to make this Valentine's project after making all the Christmas stuff. This sweet image is Roberto's Rascals Blowing Kisses.  I followed this tutorial to make this treat box.  The sentiment is from Adoring You and those hearts are a new die, Heart Border die from CC Designs.  And I got to use the new Doodlebug paper pad called Sweetheart.  I love the kraft papers in this pad. Here is a close up of the heart shaped bubbles that I covered with Stickles.  Those red hearts are from the border die that I didn't want to just discard. Hello all!  Time for more Roberto's Rascals from CC Designs December release preview .  The new release will be available Thursday, December 5th at 9 AM EST. My card features the fun and cute Skating Twila.  The sentiment is from Freezin' Season.  We don't have snow days here but once we did have a rain day where it was raining so much, they cancelled school.  It's kind of like today, where it is pouring rain outside and the roads are flooded.  But we still managed to go out and get our Christmas tree!  We wrapped it in a tarp on top of our car roof and brought it safely home.  The snowflake die and the icicle border die are available now in the CC Designs store.  These are quickly becoming a couple of my fav dies to work with for these winter cards. Hello!  With all this Thanksgiving prep and Xmas planning I almost forgot to post this.  It is time for a review of CC Designs November release. Here is my project featuring Roberto's Rascals' Cocoa Cuddles .  I made a little giftcard holder following this tutorial from SCS .  You can never have enough giftcard holders during Christmas.  The sentiment is from Christmas Verses II and I added on the holly & berry die . Here is a close up of the image.  This was actually the second one I colored since I didn't like the way I did his hair the first time.  His hair reminded me of a hedgehog so I did it again. Here is how it pulls out to reveal the gift card.  Sorry about the glare!  The gift card holder die and the to/from/$ stamps are from MFT.  Such a great investment if you're going to be giving away a lot of gift cards! Hello!  It is a review day over at CC Designs .  We're reviewing a bunch of different stamps today so please head over there and check them out.  I made a couple of cards using Roberto's Rascals stamps. This first one features Merry Christmas .  It's a fairly large image so it fills up the whole space!  The sentiment is from AmyR's Scripted Greetings and Fanciful Christmas . I actually fussy cut all around the image and cut out even some of the tiny white spaces.  I cut through the girl's pony tail and then through her wrist to get to some of the white spaces.  But once you glue the image down flat on the card you can't even tell where I cut.  And the grouchy cat makes another appearance! This is my second card featuring I Want That .  Holy smokes, this took me forever to color!  So much details on this image that I kept the rest pretty simple.  I made a big bow which is mostly by accident.  I made the smaller on...

Hello!  The weather is finally cooling off here and it actually rained so that helped so much with all the sticky, humid weather we had before.  And finally I can feel the wind blowing through the windows.  It's hard to craft when I'm feeling all sticky and sweaty.  I don't know where all the time is going.  I think I've been procrastinating and now I realize there are 3 hours worth of Grey's Anatomy reruns on TV every day!  Too many distractions!  I have some images colored up but can't seem to get into making them into cards. Hello, hello!  Having a good weekend?  I love these 3 day weekends.  I get to sleep in a little later and I took a nap this afternoon without worrying.  And an added bonus was not having to cook dinner since we had leftovers.  I wish all days could be so relaxing.  CC Designs is starting September previews but doing it a bit differently this month.  We are previewing stamps by theme instead of illustrator.  So today we are featuring Autumn themed stamps. This is my card featuring a Roberto's Rascals stamp called Twila's Leafy Friends.  Cute, huh?  Love that she is painting faces on these leaves.  The paper is from Doodlebug Happy Harvest.  This paper pad fits perfectly with the Autumn theme.  I also added the tree die , grass border die and four season fence die from CC Cutters.  The sentiment is from Bubble Words . Hello all!  Review day at CC Designs .  We are featuring these cute images from Roberto's Rascals . I used Broom Ride on this Halloween tag.  I think I may need a couple of tags for Halloween treats.  The sentiment is from AmyR's Witch-ful Thinking and I stamped it on the Grunge Envelope die .  The little envelope is cute but I covered it a bit too much.  Oh well.
