Notebook with Fruit Salad Tilda

Hello,

today I want to show you a quick notebook.
You only Need some Oxide Inks, white gesso, an image and  sentiment stamps. I love to use stencils for backgrounds.

For my notebock cover I used a lot of different stamps. Here they are:

The palms, postmarks and the sentiment I embossed with white and gold. It looks so pretty.
The white splatters I made with a little bit of gesso and water. The effect is just amazing.

Hope you like this little notebook.

Have a nice weekend.

Two simple cards with Oxide Ink backgrounds

 Good morning,

today I have two simple cards I have created completly without patterned papers. I love to create backgrounds with the Distress Oxide Inks.
My first card was made for a lovely friend whos got married in September. I used the sweet Mrs and Mr Magnolia stamp from the You're invited collection. BTW... this stamp is on sale right now 😉
Have you seen the hearts behind the couple? This is the Small hearts Background from Scrapiniec.

And my second card I've made is a christmas card.  Yes, christmas is not far away and it's time for me to start with christmas card making 😃
I used a very old Magnolia snowman but he is the cutest I've ever seen.
Behind the little guy I put the Snowy Forest. This was one of the very first DooHickeys I bought with starting this hobby.

Hope you like both cards...

Have a nice weekend.

Sticky Notes with Distress Oxide Inks

Hello everyone,

good to be back 😊
Today I want to show some little sticky notepads I designed with almost all of the pretty Oxide Inks from Tim Holtz.
These ink pads are so great. You can create so different projects with them. I love to create backgrounds with them. And all you need is the ink pad(s), some (watercolour)paper, spray bottle and a heat tool (or toaster). Easy, right?

These little sticky notes I have made for our big craft fair last weekend in Hagen (Germany) called "Stempel Mekka". This are swaps.
I created all pieces in different colours with different images. The images are from C.C. Designs and Purple Onion Designs. They are coloured with Distress Inks (refills).
The word under the critters means "NOTES".
 Hope you like them.

This are long sides of my note pades.

Hugs
Susen

Tilda With Kneesock!!!!!!!!

Good Morning my Crafters friends!!!!

Irene here today with my creation!!!! The theme is Anything Goes, so I´ve made a Winter Card, since the wather is so grumpy.... LOL
I have used one stamp from the Magnolia Sakura Collection. This one is called 'Tilda With Kneesock' & I've coloured her distress markers & refills.

I hope you´re like it...

I used here a mix of techniques, creating decorative paper masks and with the Distress INK I painted the shadows to create more definition.

I have used the gorgeous Maja Design ' Home for the Holidays' collection, these are so gorgeous & the colours are lush. For me it is the most versatile collection...
I send wishes for love, joy, and crafty inspiration!!!!
Hugs

Kisses From Heaven..

Hi!

It's me Irene with you today!
It's time to share another creation with you. This time I've made a small round card to imitate a Christmas Ornament.
This is another stamp from the latest christmas colletion from Magnolia "Christmas Party Collection 2017" and this is my favorite one: "Frozen Tilda" and to create the background I use another stamp from the same collection called:"Holiday Wishes Kit". For a vintage look I use Tim Holtz Distress Oxide Ink Pad - Vintage Photo.

Now, let's take a closer look at my card...

And for this Winter card I use a mix of paper from Maja Design. I've simply used several scraps I'm saving to create this design and give it a soft pantone and at the same time with a winter scent...

For coloring my stamp I use, of course, Prismacolor Pencils.... Just my favorite Media right now....

All the highlights are made with a Ranger White Opaque pen.

I just adding some Gesso to it for that frosty look.

Lots of Red Frosted Pomegranates, flowers and leaves made with some Doohickeys from the vol.4. I use a beautiful Charm: "Love Cup", tied with the stunning: Vintage Seam Binding – Antique Yellow...

Thanks for visiting!
Hope you have a great day!

Cold noses..

Hello,

christmas is still coming closer. And this means we have to do more and more christmas cards =)
That's why I have a new christmas card to share with you today.
I used this absolutly cute stamp from Whipper Snapper. I have found him on a crafting fair this year.

The background of this image I made with my great  Distress Oxide Inks. They are perfect for making those backgrounds. You can blend them more softly than the normal Distress Inks. I used the colours Black Soot, Salty Ocean and Faded Jeans. I blended them with my round Blending Tool from Tim Holtz. It's so much easier as with the big blending tool.
The white sprinkles I made with Gesso. Here I took some paint on my brush and splattered it on the image. Of course I covered the image with removable tape ;)

The round stamp is an oldie from Magnolia. The lyrics are from one of my fave Christmas songs.

I added a little charm right beside the image. Unfortunately I have no more of my fave mittens from Tina's shop. Here you can find the more sweet ones =)

Both tags are Doohickey dies and are movable.
I love to cover everything with white Gesso *lol*. The stamps on them are from Magnolia, too.

Hope I inspired you a bit today..

I Believe in Unicorns..

Morning everyone!

Time to share another beauty from our DT Susen..
Once you make a Lollipop card you won't be able to stop..
It happened to Susen too.. LOL!

So here's the gorgeous project for today..
The first thing you will need to make a pretty card like this one is some fab Maja Design papers..
Susen picked some Monochromes from the Sofiero line and some from the Shades of Denim but she also used a patterned paper from the Denim & Friends Collection..

The second thing is a doily for some texture and of course a gorgeous paper straw..
We have 8 different colours of Damask Paper Straws in store for you..

Then there's the Unicorn with Text from the Magnolia I Believe in Unicorns collection..
The image is coloured with Distress Inks but our Susen could not resist the most fantastic Ranger product of 2017..
Yess!! The Distress Oxide Inks..
We have all 24 colours available HERE..
She had a play with 3 colours from the second release (Salty Ocean, Picked Raspberry and Antique Linen) and check out the marvelous background she was able to created with them!!

The three Magnolia Doohickey dies she used are the Denim tag, the Castle and the stunning Bride Bow..
She also used a wing die, some stitched and scalloped circles and a sweet sentiment die as well..

Thanks for taking the time to stop by!
Have a wonderful day!!!

Hugs, Tina and the Craft Heaven Shop DT
