Resist stamping.....

.....but it doesn't show up too well on the pic!

Good morning everyone, where did the sun go. It's been raining all night here!
I hope you are all well or getting there...hugs

I have decided to leave off taking my statins for a month to see if they are making my shoulder and other pains worse, missed 4 nights so far so a long way to go yet, watch this space!

Onto my card for today. As said above, the resist stamping doesn't show up well unless you enlarge the pic.

I made this a few weeks ago, but decided it wasn't fit to show, but it has grown on me a bit since then, so here it is LOL.
Base card is hammered white from PMS, folded and cut to 7x5,
Red layer is plain card from the scrap box.
I stamped the dandelion clocks (sorry, don't know the make) with versamark onto smooth white card, then heat embossed with holographic embossing powder.
I then inked with red Memento inkpad.
Stamps are a mixture of Lyndsay Mason and Lavinia.
Sentiment stamp from an old set by Stamps and Smiles :o)

#3 of my 4 aperture cards

Good morning everyone, lovely sunshine here to start the day with, I hope it's the same for you wherever you are. Hugs to those who need or want them :o)

Here is another of my 4 aperture cards, I am spacing them out so you don't get fed up with them LOL.

Although doesn't look like it on here, this is an ivory and brown card.
Papermill Direct linen card folded and cut to 7x5.
Apperture cut with octogon shaped Spellbinder Nestie.
Lattice diecut with Cheery Lynn die.
Flutterby cut with Marianne die.
I inked the edge of the flutterby with Copic pen to give definition against the background.
Unlike the others cards,  my flutterby photographs didn't lend themselves well to converting to sepia so I have just put one of my daisy photographs inside.
Flutterby stamp is from a set by Lyndsay Mason, card candy from stash :o)

Flutterby tree + a problem solved

Good morning everyone, I hope you are all well or getting there, {{{{{hugs}}}}} for those who want or need them.
Problem solved! Yes, the flower is a gardenia (see previous post). I have had several peeps tell me so and the final one was from a Master Gardener so gardenia it is. Thank you to everyone who took interest :o)
And now for my flutterby tree. Some time ago I saw a beautiful card with a button tree on it. I think it may have been created by Chrissy of Chrissys4cards, sadly no longer blogging so I can't check that out. BUT, if you know different then please let me know so I may give credit where it is due.
Well I don't have buttons, so I decided to have a go with flutterbies. I must say that I am pleased with the result, so I cut out kits (different sparkly colours) for my friends to make when they came around for a craft evening on Friday and they loved it!
So, without more ado, here it is.

I was mortified when I blobbed red ink onto the finished card, but I have rectified that by sitting a "fallen" flutterby on it, and as I don't like even numbers I had to put another one on as well!
Although it looks white on here, the card is ivory linen from Paper Mill Direct, plus the red glitter card from The Range. Flutterbies punched with Martha Stewart, Tree cut with Memory Box and and attached to Spellbinders Nesties. Stamped flutterby from Lyndsay Mason set and sentiment from Stamps and Smiles. Nothing new was used in making this card :o)
