Matchbook Card

Hi there

The final card we did was not quite a pocket card but a matchbook style card.  I still used the Tim Holtz easel die to stand it up.

Thanks for stopping by over the last few days to look at my recent posts.

February classes

Hi Crafters

Just a couple of cards to show you what we have been doing in our classes this month. The bear image is, of course, a wonderful LOTV stamp and the flowers on the 'Joy Fold' cards are from Hobby Art.   Both sentiments are from the Paula Pascual range.

Thanks for looking and happy crafting.

January card classes

Hi crafters,
Just thought I would show you some of the cards we have been making in our January 2011 card classes.  In one class that I do, we are all members of the Clarity stamp club and so I try to incorporate Barbara's monthly stamp into at least one of the cards.  Here, I have used the leafy rod stamp for the stems and also the subtle background paper.  The flower heads are from Imagine that.

The second card is a Lily of the Vally image.  If you are familiar with this image you will know that there is no back to the car and so I have placed it through a circle to solve the problem.

Thanks for looking and happy crafting

Olivia

I was recently asked by my friend Sue to make a 1st Birthday and Christening card for a little girl, Olivia, and thought I would show you the finished results.

Have fun crafting and thanks for looking.

Cute Card Thursday

Just a quick post this morning for Cute Card Thursday and the theme is Floral Fantasy. I have cheated a bit here and used a Lili of the Valley die cut but I thought it made such a cute card for a little girl.

Thanks for looking.

Sketch Saturday #21

Hi there, time for Sketch Saturday again and here's my entry. I thought I would try out another embossing folder before the cobwebs start to appear. I think I'll use this one a lot but won't sand so hard next time. I actually made holes where the snow appears, so I covered them up with some dimensional paint.

Ingredients: Stamp: Lily of the Valley Papers: Core'dinations and Stampin -up

Have a great weekend.
