I decided to have a go with some paper piecing with some scraps.  I found it a bit trickier than just printing on to a sheet of paper but it did work okay.

I have used scraps of white cardstock and patterned paper from cards made during November.  The image is from Knitty Kitty Digis and the sentiment is from Beccy's Place.  I also added some green gemstones.

 I am going to make a few gift bags ready for Christmas.  So far, this is the only one I've made but I still have 6 or so weeks until Christmas so hopefully will get some more made.

I have used a pre-made kraft bag (I bought a pack of them so still have several left).  I inked the bag with Distress Inks - Salty Ocean and Tumbled Glass.  The image is from Knitty Kitty and the sentiment is a Clear Stamp (brand unknown).  I added some glittery blue foam snowflake embellishments.

I have used some digital papers from Trimgym.  The image is from Knitty Kitty Digis and is coloured with copic markers and Wink Of Stella.

Whoo's That On Our Tree?

I couldn't resist teaming this digital paper with this image.  It is a digital paper that I had printed out last year but not actually used.  This year, I am aiming to use as many of those as I can without adding to them if possible.

I have used a digital paper from Create with TLC.  The image is from Knitty Kitty Digis.  Colouring is with copic markers.  The edges of the image have been inked with Distress Ink - Rusty Hinge.  I also added some wooden leaf embellishments.

Aw Shucks - I forgot your birthday

I haven't made many non-Christmas cards recently.   I used a sentiment that I thought was perfect for this cat image (he looks like he is hiding in the sweater).  I also managed to try out one of my new cat dies.

I have used a canvas for the base which I sprayed with various colours of pearl mists.  A while ago I made some backgrounds using paper towels but can't remember what else I did!  The centre square is cut from one of those backgrounds.  The four images are all from Knitty Kitty Digis.  I also added some Nuvo Mousse in a randomish line.

I bought a number of hardcover notebooks that really need to be recovered (the fronts are really boring!).  This week's sketch at The Outlawz inspired me to cover one of them!

I have used a textured paper from a paper pad that I bought from Lincraft (not sure of the brand now as I bought it some time back!).  The image is from Knitty Kitty Digis and has been coloured with copic markers.  Matting is gold metallic paper.  I also added an embellishment strip to the top left corner.

Now my notebook is much nicer to look at!
