Inspiration for the midway point of the January Challenge at 12 Months of Christmas 

I have used a digital paper by Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and an image by KennyK Stamps.

I followed a tutorial for a 5x7 Tiered Horizontal Pillar Card by Iced Images

Art washes away.....the dust of everyday life

 Midway inspiration at Path of Positivity.  The optional twist this month is Power of Words: Art/Creativity.

In honour of NZ Music Month, I have created a music themed page.  Each year I listen to NZ Music for the month of May.  There are a lot of events on but I just content myself with listening to music at home.

I have used a arty digital paper from PixelScrapper.  The images are from KennyK Stamps.  I also added some musical themed stickers that I bought at Daiso (a Japanese themed store).  Colouring is with copic markers.

Cut Colour Paste

Midway Inspiration at Path of Positivity.  This month's theme is a mood board which you can see here.

I have used images from Flat Friends, KennyK Stamps and Jellypark Friends.  Coloring is with copic markers.

I die-cut a heart (cut), scribbled a copic (colour) and added some glitter adhesive (paste)

U Rock

 I am a couple of days late with my midway inspiration for the Celebrate Something Special About Your Hero or Someone You Look Up To.  Rather than "someone" I look up to, I have encompassed a group of "someones" - Musicians.  After failing to learn a musical instrument when I was younger (despite trying for a long time) and also having a voice that no-one in their right mind would want to listen to, I have huge respect for musicians.  Even more so for those who can play by ear.

I have used several digital papers (two are from Create with TLC but I am not sure of the source of the smaller pieces) for the background.  The images are from Create with TLC, Kenny K Stamps, Sparkle n Sprinkle, Digi Stamps 4 Joy and Nutcrafters.  Colouring is with copic markers.

Seasons Greetings

This week's optional twist at CHNC is "Use a Flower or Two or More".  I've added some poinsettias to the card as well as poinsettia patterned paper.

I have used a paper from a paper pad by MME.  The image is from KennyK.  I printed the image twice and cut out the girlonly from the second image and layered that over the top of the first image.  Colouring is with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I also added some peach coloured flower embellishments.

Leather and/or Lace

I also used a paper and a tag from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The image is coloured with copic markers and matted with some black cardstock.  I also added some black lace from Sullivans.

I have used a pre-made card base.  There were three packs of these in a Treasure Box I bought some time ago and I hadn't got around to using any of them.  The image is from Kenny K and is coloured with copic markers and Kindy Glitz.  I added some faux stitching around the edge and then layered on to gold metallic paper.  I added a heart embellishment from a packet that I bought last weekend and lettering that came from the same Treasure Box as the card blank.

OMG - Look at all those lovely autumn leaves

I had coloured this image up some time ago and when I realised I had used autumn colours I just had to turn it into an autumn themed make!

I have used a paper from a paper pad by Kaisercraft.  I also used a small piece of a digital paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles and matted with some brown paper.  The image is from Kenny K and is coloured with copic markers and then matted onto the brown paper.  I added a 3 D autumn sticker.

Christmas Shopping

I probably should start thinking about starting mine to take some of the pressure off December.   At least, my Christmas cards are definitely under control.

I have used a red cardstock for the lower layer.  I added some polka dot paper from a christmas paper pad by Kaisercraft.  The third layer is the image from Kenny K and also red cardstock embellishments and border strip.  The fourth layer is the embellishment cut from white glitter cardstock and also the lettering cut from green cardstock using a die from Elizabeth Crafts.

Hot Hot Hot Summer

I'm hoping it will be a nice hot summer.  Today is officially the start of spring - and it isn't really spring-like weather!  Still it is nice to see alot of spring flowers and trees in blossom.

I have coloured with copic markers and glittered using Stickles.

I have also used a Marianne's die for the die-cutting and paper, border and sentiment from a Kaisercraft paper pad.  I inked the edges of some flowers using Distress Stain and added these to the card.
