Hey!

I have used a digital paper and a sentiment from my Awaiting Crafting boxes.  The image I printed for this challenge as I needed two identical copies to do the dimensional work:

I have used a digital paper (source unknown).  The image is from Paperbabe Stamps and the sentiment is from Beyond The Fringe.  Colouring is with copic markers.  The image and sentiment are die-cut with stitched dies (rectangle and circle) from Memory Box.

I cut out the swimsuit and the arm from the second copy of the image and raised that up using mount tape.  I also raised up the sentiment.  For some further dimension, I added a pre-made bow to the swimsuit.  To finish I added a bit of bling to the patterned paper.

The Coffee Place

The theme at The Outlawz Thursday Challenge is Map or Sign.  I decided to create a scene using a sign for a coffee shop which I created using an image and a sentiment.

I would like to enter:
The Outlawz Thursday Challenge - Sign
http://outlawzchallenges.ning.com/group/prismaandothermediums/forum/topics/twisted-thursday-april-9th-twist-maps-or-sign

I used a wood patterned paper from Kaisercraft to represent the fence behind the sign.  I created the sign by combining an image from Stamplorations with a sentiment from Beyond The Fringe.  I hand drew the sign itself. I die cut a grass and flower border die from Memory Box to place at the bottom of the fence.  Colouring (and the outline of the sign) is with copic markers.

Day Two of the challenge at Gecko Galz and this time the theme is St Patricks Day.  Yesterday, I downloaded a free paper from Décosse's Dynamite Doodles, and it worked perfectly with the sentiment and image.

Hey!

The Butterfly Challenge is up to the  letter M with the prompts of Mandarin, Magnolia, Mint, Metal Charm, Marker Pens, Magic Card and of course the butterfly.

I have used all seven elements.

This is the front where you can see all three colours alongwith the metal charm and the butterfly.

And this is the inside with the marker pens and the magic card.

I would like to enter:
Butterfly Challenge - Letter M

Penny's Paper Crafty- Anything Goes
http://pennyschallenges.blogspot.com/2019/10/welcome-to-pennys-challenge-451.html

I have used a textured paper for the front of the card.  I had been saving this for the right project and it was just perfect for this one.  The butterfly is a Memory Box die which I cut in Magnolia and Mandarin and pieced together.  The sentiment in the magic window is from Beyond The Fringe.  I couldn't find a cardstock that I wanted to use for the sentiment so I used Distress Inks to ink over the sentiment piece.  I added stitching using a mint coloured copic marker as well as a Mandarin coloured copic marker.  The charm on the front of the card is one of a set of butterflies that I bought a couple of years ago - I now wish that I bought more of them as I have used most of the ones that I had.

Wishing You Luck

The past couple of months have been so hectic that I haven't managed to join in on many challenges.  I really wanted to participate in the Shelly's Images one this time.  I had an image in mind but the link to it wasn't working so I had to have a change of plan!

I am entering my card into these challenges:
Shelly's Images - Luck
http://shellysimagesblog.blogspot.co.nz/2014/03/ttt-winner-and-march-challenge.html

I paired the image from Shelly's Images with a sentiment from Beyond The Fringe.  I coloured using copic markers.  I matted the die-cut image with green cardstock and also added three green pearls to the card.

Thank You teacher

I have added another card to my stash of Thank You cards for teachers for year end.

This card will be entered into the following challenges:

Tuesday Alchemy - blackboard, gears & tart
http://tuesdayalchemy.blogspot.gr/2012/09/challenge-33-random-word-inspiration.html
Jellypark Challenges - Thank You.
http://jellyparkchallenges.blogspot.co.nz/2012/09/time-to-say-thank-you.html

I was busy looking through my images to find a blackboard image and came across this steampunk owl.  Immediately, my mind thought of education so... another Thank You card for the teachers was started.

The steampunk owl comes from Making our Mark.    The background image of a recipe card is a coloured digi stamp from When the Scrap Hits the Fun.  The blackboard is from Beyond the Fringe.  I'm not sure where the sentiment is from - I only printed it out last night but do you think I can find the source now!!
