Hello and Happy Sunday!

Greetings Friends:

I hope you all have been well. It is absolutely astonishing that it is April already. The weather has been beautiful down here in Miami, although we are starting to get our rain storms back. Nothing unusual this time of the year. I hope those of you up north are finally experiencing a little warmth where ever you are.

When I checked my last blog post, I couldn't believe how long ago I had written that one! Truthfully, I've just been a busy bee. Work was pretty crazy in January and February since my co-worker was on extended family leave. I also got sick towards the end of February with some death like flu bug (or so it felt). This season was absolutely horrible for the flu. My family and everyone I knew had it. The worst for me was the cough. It came, then it went, then it came back! Ugh! I felt like a wreck at one point.

Then March came and everything started getting better from there. My co-worker came back and work calmed down again. I was able to take a few days off for myself to detach from work also, but the best part of March was my bowling. I bowled in two tournaments this month and won 1st Place in BOTH! YAY for extra $$$! I'm planning another family vacation this summer so guess what that money is earmarked for. :D

In between my busy bowling weekends this past month, I managed to do a little stitching on my two big projects I started earlier this year.

First is my Bluebell Fairy by Nora Corbett:

I also worked on my Heaven and Earth Designs project: "Porthole of Fantasy 1 by Jasmine Beckett-Griffith.

I will admit that I made myself promise something, actually a few somethings this year. One of them was to be more financially savvy and that included curbing unnecessary spending on things I don't need at the moment. Last year, I spent too much money on projects that I wanted but have not even come close to starting. With that said, I am only allowing myself to spend money on stash after I have finished a project. I think this will help me get into a different spending habit when it comes to my hobbies. Believe me, I have enough stuff in my closets to last a lifetime I think.

I hope you have enjoyed my post today. Thank you so much for visiting and I wish you a fabulous week.

**Hugs**
