Inky Sending U Hugs

Here is a simple love card I made to send to OWH a while back. I am a teacher and just switched to a new school in a new district so life is crazy busy right now. I havent had any crafting time but luckily I have quite a few projects I havent shared yet so I am spending the few free minutes right before bed to post a few of them.

The ticket is a sentiment by Inky Impressions.

I love how this quilt pattern came out. I used one of my punched and them embossed them with different folders. I couple of cute buttons and ribbon and there you have it. Simple and fun.

Inky Impressions challenge this week is animal friends.

 I used some scrap paper and ended up with this lovely.

This image is Teddy Painting a Summer Scene. I have to admit that I suck at coloring animals. I am trying and practicing but still suck, lol.

The paper is left over pieces of DCWV I believe. The sentiment is Pink By Design. This card is heading to Operation Write Home.

Inky No DP Lily

Inky Impressions challenge this week is no designer paper.

 I used alternating card stocks. It was a little too plain so then I embossed it with a flower pattern.

I used Butterfly Lili. I colored her with Copics. I do love looking at her. She is so cute.

Inky Summer Bright

Inky Impressions challenge this week is summer bright.

 Yellow always reminds me of summer. I used my new Spellbinders to cut out the yellow center and embossed it with butterflies and flowers. The heart brad says love and was perfect for this card. I used a Jaded Blossom Simple Sayings sentiment.

Inky Summer Fun

Inky Impressions challenge this week is Summer Fun.

This bright cheery card is very summery. I used yellow paper for a summer feel. Fishing is very summery, a little metal sun and SUNshine, lol. I took the summer theme seriously with this one.

This image is Angelica Fishing. I colored her with Copics.

I used some twine to hold this metal sun. I was excited when I looked through my stuff and found this charm. I added a Jaded Blossom sentiment. This is one of my favorites to use on cards I am sending to OWH. I hope someone enjoys this one.

This is Butterfly Lili. I love how she just pops off the card. She is one of my favorite stamps. I love all the Lili's but this one is my current favorite. I colored her with Copics and distressed the edge of the image with Tim Holtz ditress ink antique white.

I accidentally ripped my paper getting it out of the paper pack and thought hmm that might look good and it did. I love the happy accidents that happen in crafting.

Inky New Release

Inky Impressions new release time. Here is one of the new ones. This one is so much fun and perfect for space themed birthday cards.

 Astronaut Lili is just so stinking cute. I colored her with Copics and inked the edges.

 Of course no space card is complete without aliens! I print the sentiment using word. I used my spellbinders to cut it out and inked the edges. The inside is stamped with a Stampin Up sentiment ans there are some more aliens!

Inky Bingo Birthday Cutie

Inky Impressions challenge this week is Bingo. I love bingo challenges so many options.

I am still in love with this image.Cupcake Lili is colored with Copics. I added Stickles to the sprinkles on the cake. I used punch, stamp, ribbon. The DCWV paper is so bright and fun with this image. I used a punch the the corners of the balloon paper. I added a strip of border punched white paper under the balloons.

Inky Flower Power

Inky Impressions challenge this week is Flower Power.

I love how this card came out. I used some DCWV paper for my background DP.

 I love this fairy, she is so cute. She is Wishing Well Fairy. I colored her with Copics and added some Stickles to her wings. I used my Spellbinders to cut her out and inked the edge of the oval.

This sentiment is Butterfly Kisses Sentiment. I added some color to the butterflies with a Copic marker and Stickles on top.

I used a Stampendous birthday sentiment inside the card.

Inky Recycle Super Girl Card

Inky Impressions challenge this week is recycle, use something you wouldn't normally use on a card. 

 It took me awhile to come up with an idea. Then I saw the index cards in my drawer and thought, cute background paper. So I took a hot pink index card and use a border punch on the top then embossed it.

I used Super Girl Lili. I colored her with Copics. I would love to add glitter but this beauty is going to Operation Write Home. I home this super girl reminds someone of somebody they love.
The sentiment is Jaded Blossom.

 What says Easter more than bunnies. I went a little bunny crazy on this card.

 I just love these bunnies. They are the cutest to me. This image is called Sweet Love Bunnies. I colored them with Copics and added Stickles to her pink bows. I inked the edge.

This sentiment is perfect with these cuties. Some Bunny Loves You Circle is a digi stamp. I inked the edge and added Stickles to the heart.

Inky Birthday Card

Inky Impressions challenge this week is dots and stripes.

 I did my stripes in zig zag form and dots in little hexagons. I know, I know I like to bend the rules a bit, lol.

 Lili is one of my favorite Inky Impressions characters. This is Birthday Lili. I colored her with Copics. I added Glossy Accents to the balloons and Stickles to the pink ribbon. I cut her out with my Spellbinders and inked the edges. The paper is The Paper Studio. The happy birthday stamp is a Stampin Up stamp.

Cowboys Wedding Card

I made a unique wedding card. I was asked for a Cowboys wedding card. Here is what I came up with.

I used a mixture of past & present DT's stamps. The couple are from Inspired Stamps. HLO Bride & HLO Groom. I colored with Copics. I cut them out with my Spellbinders die and inked it with silver ink. I added a Sweet N Sassy sentiment to the front and inside of the card. I print out the stars and added them to the bottom. The background is embossed with stars. 

On the back I added a scripture stamp also from Sweet N Sassy

This card is definitely one of a kind and I would have never thought to mix football with a wedding if I wasn't asked.
