More Tiddly goodness

I promised in my last post that I had my Tiddly Inks Halloween goodness for ya'll, and now I am delivering. I had so much fun coloring these little guys too and since they are robots I had to add my cyrstal effect to give their metal that shine. I only added it to the parts I thought would be metal so most of the clothing is left alone. The first card uses Vamp Boto and the second is Frank Boto. You can get them over at Tiddly Inks right now.

Sketch and long forgotten DP: sketch & stash

Now to show ya'll what happens when I don't pay attention to my work...make the card front upside down. I still can't believe that I did that, lol.

Is it a plane? Is it a train? No, it's...

BATGIRL! How cute is she!

I'm in my first Tiddly Inks blog hop, and the theme is Halloween in July. New Halloween images were just put in the store and I just had to get some. Tiddly Inks is a great store that has really cute images. In fact, I own several of them, lol!

I had so many ideas for this hop but was only able to complete one even though I've colored the images for the others (this means more cuteness coming). The project I was able to complete was a little milk carton and matching 3x3 card. I thought this would be cute filled up with some Halloween candy as a little gift or pick-me-up. I stamped a subtle background with SU! Carved and Candlelight set for a tone on tone look and then sprayed the entire piece of cardstock with a combination of TA's Glimmer Mist's Golden Terracotta and Tiger Lily. The background on the card is done with the dotted background. I wanted a night sky feel to it, but I think I need to push the darker colors out a little more. Oh well, I'm still learning this technique. This was a fairly quick project and part of that reason is because the batgirl comes with the black parts already colored in. The bats on the carton came from another Tiddly Inks image that I just cut and resized as needed.

Be sure you check out Tiddly Inks blog for the complete list of those in the hop.

Just a touch of orange

Today's card for you is a Halloween card. I did this for several challenge and used one of the Sassy cameos from Sassy Studio Designs. I wanted to do another black and white coloring image and decided on the Sassy Halloween Sourceress Cameo. The background is stamped with the spider web from SU!'s web wishes in versamark and embossed with Hologram Highlights and the bottom is embossed with a Cuttlebug emboss thingy. The touch of orange is the ribbon as I thought it would look good with just a slpash of color. The only thing I think it's missing is the sentiment, but I can't figure out where to put it.

Challenges used:

Copic Creations
Hope Stamps Eternal Cupcake Challenge

How many challenges can fit one card?

I got four for this one. Wanda is a wonderful witch that Lindsay created for the Halloween release in September. I had so much fun with her and when I saw this sketch I just knew that I had to use her. I won't take up too much of your time since I'm sure you're going to want to go to those challenges and play along too :)

Midnight Maddness Sketch
Crazy 4 Challenges - using stitching (real or faux) and I stitched those "x"es
Crafty Cardmakers - use ribbon. fiber, thread/floss
Creative Card Crew - make a celebration project
