It's Coming

My amazing DH has not only moved but put up my shelves from the old room to the new shared room. I have started putting things up. Trying to figure out where best to put supplies. I am so excited about it all. The boy's table in down with us now and today we have all just been hanging out in the room together. It is such a great feeling. There are still several plans for the room but those are long term and will be worked on as the funds become available. But in the meantime it is functioning and very soon I will be able to create again.

For those who are still reading, thank you. I hope to be back to a more regular basis soon. I am also considering what all I would like to be one my blog and what it should look like. If anyone has any suggestions they would be greatly welcomed.

Moving is tuff

We are still moving things around at the house. I have started the process of moving my craftroom downstairs and the reality of sharing a space is hitting. DH is moving the shelves and the boys's craft table this weekend and then it really is my part that is left. I really have started moving some of my supplies and already noticed that I will have to tweak how I store supplies and work. It will be a work-in-progress (much like other projects, lol). I am having to really think about the supplies I currently have and the MANY not-yet-started/half-finished projects I have. Taking over the office is not my intent so I may have to simplify many things. This is long and hard but will be worth it I am sure. The boys are already looking forward to when we move thier table and even the dog seems to be happy about this. Until everthing is moved I won't be able to create much. My (our) goal is to been done by January 31st. Ummm, yeah, that is only five sleeps from now.

In the mist of all of this we have also started to potty train the youngest (he'll be three at the end of March). We have been reminded that having a PT switch would be a good thing :)

Long Time No See

I know it has been months since my last post. I am sorry about that. I don't want to bore you with details, so I will just say sorry. I am hoping things will change this year. Right now we are moving my craft room down to the office where I will share it with not only my husband but my two boys when they do school work. I have been missing working/crafting with my hubby. In a month I should be moved in and then I get to craft again. We are hoping in 2013/2014 to be able to close in the office, paint, and really work on getting everything just so. The room I currently use is upstairs where all of the bedrooms are and will become a real guest room as well as a quiet room. In fact, no tv will even be in the room. Back to work for me now...
