Pearly Swirls

Good morning all!

Another Monday and another challenge @ Ooh La La! This week, we want you to include "Pearls and Swirls" on your project. For your inspiration, here's my card:

Materials:
* Ooh La La Moonlight Chic image, DPs and clock accessory (used Crackle Accents on it) from the Passion for Fashion CD
* Prima Reflections & Making Memories Rouge & Mocha DPs
* Pebbles Chipboard swirl with pearls from stash
* Teresa Collins Summer Stories Stamp Set (used a little Promarker and glitter pen to colour the image matching the DPs)

Use Your Faves

Hi everyone!

Another Wednesday, another Fab 'n Funky Challenge. This week our theme is "Use Your Favourites", so we're basically asking you to use the products or techniques you use anyway and inspire us to try it out too. My favourite crafty items are pearls and DP, so that's what  I used for my project this week. I also really enjoy paper piecing my images and as I haven't done it in ages, this was the perfect opportunity.

So Long, Farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, Goodbye!

Good morning everyone,

I'm here with my last project for Platypus Creek Digitals. I have had a great time being a member of such a lovely DT but am feeling I need to take on a little less responsibility in the crafty world right now and play a little more, just for fun. Thank you Tracey, for giving me the opportunity to work with your lovely digistamps, I'm sure I will be back to play along with challenges!

Right, let's get to the challenge for this fortnight, which is themed "Flowers and Pearls". Here's my card:

I love this image, it's really easy to colour too! I used up all the little scraps of paper from the front to decorate the inside of the card.

* PCD Flower Sketch 1 digi, coloured with Promarkers & Spectrum Noirs
* First Edition Hideaway & Art Talent Pink & Lilac DPs
* Crafter's Companion Embossing board to create the scallops
* Black fine liner for faux stitching
* Personal Impressions Sentiment stamp set & black ink
* Gems, ric rac ribbon from stash
